银杏酮酯滴丸口服的皮肤美白效果观察

[摘要]目的：探讨银杏酮酯在皮肤美白应用中的效果。方法：选取2017年1月-2018年2月笔者医院皮肤科招募的志愿者50例，采用随机数字表法，将其分为观察组（n=26）和对照组（n=24），其中对照组仅给予面部清洁保湿及熏蒸;观察组在对照组基础上给予银杏酮酯，口服银杏酮酯滴丸5粒/次，3次/d，连续用3个月，在熏蒸上加入银杏酮酯滴丸5粒。观察两组美白效果、皮肤干燥改善情况等。结果：观察组美白效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05），总有效率达到84.62%;观察组干预后皮肤干燥评分为（1.10±0.23）分，明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组干预后皮肤pH值和黑色素值分别为（4.52±0.31）和（32.54±9.54），明显低于对照组（P<0.05），而皮肤含水量为（39.54±8.11）%，明显高于对照组（P<0.05）;两组治疗期间未发现有丘疹、剧烈瘙痒等不良反应。结论：银杏酮酯滴丸口服有较好皮肤美白效果，值得推广使用。

Abstract： Objective  To investigate effect of Ginkgo ketone ester on skin whitening. Methods  50 volunteers recruited from the Department of Dermatology in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018were selected and randomly divided into observation group （n =26） and control group （n= 24） by random number table method， the observation group was given Ginkgo biloba ketone ester on the basis of the control group， Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills were taken orally 5 tablets/time， 3 times/day for 3 months， and 5 tablets were added to the fumigated Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills. while the control group was only given facial cleansing and moisturizing fumigating， and the whitening effect and the improvement of skin dryness and so on were observed. Results  The whitening effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P<0.05）， and the total effective rate was 84.62%; The dry skin score of the observation group was 1.10±0.23， which was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）; The skin pH value and melanin value of the observation group after intervention were 4.52±0.31 and 32.54±9.54， which were significantly lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）， and the skin moisture content was （39.54±8.11）%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. No adverse reactions such as papules and severe itching and so on were found in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion  Ginkgo ketone ester has good effect in skin whitening and is worthy of promotion.

皮膚美白一直是皮肤科面临的热点话题，目前临床上应用的皮肤美白用品较多，主要是通过补充胶原蛋白达到美白保湿并减轻色素沉着的效果，目的是延缓皮肤老化的作用[1]。银杏是传统中医学中最为常见的中药材，可以发挥敛肺平喘、活血化瘀的作用，现代药理学证实银杏能够调节人体血脂代谢，具有降低胆固醇和甘油三酯的作用，在心脑血管疾病中广泛应用[2]。本文旨在观察银杏酮酯在皮肤美白中的应用效果，以期为临床提供指导和依据，现报道如下。

1  资料和方法

1.1 一般资料：选取2017年1月-2018年2月笔者医院皮肤科招募的50例志愿者。纳入标准：①对肤色不满意，非皮肤病引起的面部偏黑、皮肤干燥及脱屑者;②入组前3个月未使用过皮肤美白产品;③女性，年龄18～40岁;④知情同意并签署同意书。排除标准：①有银屑病、单纯疱疹等皮肤病;②有化妆品过敏史;③妊娠或哺乳期女性;④有系统性疾病。采用随机数字表法，将志愿者随机分为观察组（n=26）和对照组（n=24），两组年龄、体重指数等比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。见表1。
