1 外景/Exterior views

纳曼度假酒店是一个滨海度假地,紧邻通往岘港市与会安老城的主要道路,距岘港国际机场16km。度假酒店的理念是通过自然友好的环境和健康的活动,为入住的宾客提供身心疗愈,如水疗、瑜伽、沙滩运动等。为塑造适宜的氛围,使客人的身心得到最大程度的净化和放松,度假酒店综合运用了绿色植物、天然石材和竹子。

第一期工程介乎道路与泳滩之间,用地3.4hm2。为提供丰富的绿化景观、多样化空间和私密性,我们设置了3种住宿类型:沙滩木屋、别墅及酒店客房。

百碧林

这座名为百碧林的多层酒店,立面的混凝土遮光格栅与盘绕的绿植相结合,从海岸的方向看,是个颇具趣味性的地标。绿植提供了视觉屏障,与道路进行了隔离,增强了度假酒店的私密性。装修也延续了自然之感,与周边环境相调和。

隔热绿植层

建筑外围被垂挂着绿色藤蔓的混凝土遮光格栅所覆盖,有效减少了阳光直射且对流通风。为了在热带的炎热时节最大限度地减少热辐射,植物可以自由生长的立面成为缓冲空间。5cm×15cm,用模具制成的、带有木头纹理的预制混凝土格栅,以材料的本色,呈现出亲近自然之感。

目之所及之处遍布绿植

度假酒店的每一个空间都种上了绿色植物,它有助于将度假酒店景观与自然相融合。当宾客来到百碧林,途经绿植立面和长廊,仿佛进入到了热带自然环境之中。即使身在浴室,也能透过阳台将景观尽收眼底。

绿植立面由多种树木、藤蔓组合而成:使君子和光耀藤沿着混凝土格栅攀爬,沿着走廊和阳台则种植白鹤芋和四季米仔兰。这种组合塑造了垂直景观的多样性。(天妮 译)

3 总平面/Site plan

Beside the main linking road between Danang city and Hoi An old town, Naman retreat resort, a qualified coastal resort is located 16km away from Danang international airport. The concept of resort is providing physical and mental treatment for the long stay guests by the nature friendly environment and healthy activities such as spa, yoga, beach sports and so on. To achieve a perfect atmosphere that enables the guests a maximum body and mind purification and relaxation, the resort was designed by harmonious mix of greenery, natural stone and bamboo.

The 1st phase of the project site was 3.4 hm2between a road and beach. To accommodate guests with abundant green landscaping area with diversity of space and privacy, 3 types of accommodation:Beach villas, Bungalows and Hotel building are prepared.

The Babylon

The multistory hotel building, named the Babylon having a façade combines concrete louvers with greenery interspersed, is visually interesting landmark from direction of the sea coast. The green layer provides visual barrier that creates the separation from the road to enhance the privacy of the resort. The finishing material keeping its natural appearance of its base, achieves effeminacy and harmony with the surrounding nature.

The building consists of 3 floors with 32 rooms.The layout is arranged in a L-shaped embracing the swimming pool. Balconies overlooking the pool attract to water activities while still remain discreet and allow a private relaxation behind the green façade. The pool is both opened and discreet which is suitable for guests who enjoy relaxing in semiprivate atmosphere that is totally immersed in the wonderful nature.

Heat-resistant façade with green layer

The perimetre of the building is covered by a system of vertical concrete louvers with green vines which reduces direct sun shining while allowing the wind flow. For heat-resistant which minimises thermal radiation in hot season in the tropical climate, the façade is working as a buffer space allowing plants to grow. 5cm×15cm precast concrete louver with wooden texture achieved from of formwork is utilising the natural colour of material to provide closeness with nature.

Plants are present everywhere

The greenery has been planted in each and every space of the resort; it contributes to bringing nature into resort's landscape. When guests approach the Babylon, they may feel like diving into a tropical nature through the green façade and corridor. Even from the bathroom, it is possible to capture plants through their balcony.

The green façade consists of combination of trees and vines such as: Quisqualis indica climbing along the concrete louver, Vernonia elliptica,Spathiphyllum wallisii and Aglaia duperreana are planted along the corridors and balconies. The combination creates diverse vertical landscape.

肖毅强:绿化瀑布的立面处理使建筑展现了充分的热带属性和度假属性。设计通过低技及不昂贵的材料构造手段实现了生态、绿色的空间氛围。垂直于立面轻巧的木纹混凝土遮阳格栅,使热带的垂直阳光得到在空间进深方向的表达。预制混凝土格栅本身就是具有遮阳隔热作用的气候缓冲空间,并构成简洁的建筑形体;附着其上的绿色植物,更加强了遮阳隔热效果。格栅加绿化并非创新性的应用,但混凝土格栅与绿化的配合还是让人耳目一新,与植物材料并置的复合表皮处理创造了一个生机不断的清晰建筑形象。

张宇峰:充分利用热带气候的植物生长特性,发挥植物的遮阳与蒸腾作用,以及营造亲近自然的惬意、健康心理景观和氛围,是其重要设计要素。但在遮阳设计上尚有探讨和提升空间,如:竖向格栅适用于遮挡不同方位入射的阳光,而弱于不同高度的应对;混凝土板构造厚重、热惰性大,不利于夜间快速散热;爬藤植物的生长不完全受控,容易出现遮阳过多或不足等情况;格栅与植物的遮挡功能有重叠,存在相互抵消和经济性欠佳等问题。

Comments

XIAO Yiqiang:The vertical garden on the façade fully expressed the tropical nature of the resort as a holiday paradise. The design achieved ecological and green spaces with low-tech and inexpensive methods. The delicate timber textured concrete sun screens perpendicular to the façade enabled an expression of space in depth by the tropical sunlight. The precast concrete screen per se is a mitigating climate zone as sun-shading and thermal insulation, while also constitutes a concise architectural form. The greenery on it adds up to the sun-shading and insulation effects. The use of screens and greenery are not exactly new, however, the concrete screens incorporating the plants on the building really look refreshing to the eye and to the mind. The juxtaposition of plants and other materials as the building's compound skin created a clear architectural image full of vigor. (Translated by WANG Xinxin)

ZHANG Yufeng:The key design elements are to fully utilising the plant growth characteristic in tropical climate, to use the shading and transpiration functions of plant, and to construct the close to nature, enjoyable, and healthy psychological landscape and atmosphere. However, there is still room for discussion and improvement in shading design, such as: the vertical grille is suitable for shading sunlight incident from various directions, but weak for different heights; the concrete slab is thick with big thermal inertia, and not good for rapid heat dissipation at night; the growth of climbing vine is not completely under control,and too much or insufficient shadings easily occur; and the mutual offset and low economic efficiency problems due to the overlap of grille and plant shading functions.
