美国FDA资助12个罕见病治疗药物临床试验研究项目

美国FDA于2019年10月8日宣布拨款总额超过1 500万美元用于在未来4年内资助12个在研孤儿药(用于治疗罕见病的药物)开展临床试验研究。

FDA的“孤儿产品临床试验资助计划”(Orphan Products Clinical Trials Grants Program)创始于1983年，由美国国会拨款设立。2019财政年度，FDA“孤儿产品临床试验资助计划”总共收到89项孤儿药临床试验研究资助申请，但最后通过评审获得资助的有以下12项：

(1)Avacopan用于治疗C3肾小球病2期临床试验研究(Phase 2 study of avacopan for the treatment of complement 3 glomerulopathy)，研究机构：加州Chemocentryx公司，资助金额：100万美元，资助时间：2年；

(2)PTC596用于治疗弥漫内生型脑桥胶质瘤及高级别胶质瘤1期临床试验研究(Phase 1 study of PTC596 for the treatment of diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma & high-grade gliomas)，研究机构：辛辛那提儿童医院医学中心，资助金额：75万美元，资助时间：3年；

(3)槲皮素治疗范可尼贫血患者鳞状细胞癌2期临床试验研究(Phase 2 study of quercetin chemoprevention for the treatment of squamous cell carcinoma in patients with Fanconi Anemi)，研究机构：辛辛那提儿童医院医学中心，资助金额：170万美元，资助时间：4年；

(4)每日服用维生素D用于治疗镰状细胞贫血症呼吸系统并发症2期临床试验研究(Phase 2 study of daily vitamin D for the treatment of sickle-cell respiratory complications)，研究机构：哥伦比亚大学卫生科学，资助金额：200万美元，资助时间：4年；

(5)口服ifetroban用于治疗Duchenne型肌营养不良症相关心肌病2期临床试验研究(Phase 2 study for oral ifetroban for the treatment of cardiomyopathy associated with Duchenne muscular dystrophy)，研究机构：Cumberland制药公司，资助金额：100万美元，资助时间：3年；

(6)抗PD1疗法治疗HPV相关复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤2期临床试验研究(Phase 2 study of anti-PD1 therapy for the treatment of HPV-associated recurrent respiratory papillomatosis)，研究机构：麻省总医院，资助金额：100万美元，资助时间：3年；

(7)病毒特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞治疗顽固性(难治性)病毒感染和T细胞免疫缺陷2期临床试验研究(Phase 2 study of viral specific cytotoxic T-lymphocytes for the treatment of refractory viral infections and T-cell immunodeficiency)，研究机构：纽约医学院，资助金额：170万美元，资助时间：4年；

(8)顺铂补片(PRV111)用于治疗口腔癌1/2期临床试验研究[Phase 1/2 study of cisplatin patch (PRV111) for the treatment of oral cancer]，研究机构：Privo Technologies，资助金额：200万美元，资助时间：4年；

(9)巩膜拓扑替康治疗视网膜母细胞瘤1期临床试验研究(Phase 1 study of episcleral topotecan for the treatment of retinoblastoma)，研究机构：Targeted Therapy Technologies，资助金额：66万美元，资助时间：3年；

(10)溶瘤工程化单纯疱疹病毒疗法治疗儿童恶性小脑肿瘤1期临床试验研究(Phase 1 study of oncolytic engineered herpes simplex virus therapy for the treatment of pediatric malignant cerebellar brain tumors)，研究机构：阿拉巴马大学伯明翰分校，资助金额：75万美元，资助时间：3年；

(11)替莫唑胺用于治疗胃肠道间质瘤2期临床试验研究(Phase 2 study of temozolomide for the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor)，研究机构：加州大学圣迭戈分校，资助金额：150万美元，资助时间：3年；
