国际汉学家点赞浙江“美丽乡村”

来自英国、荷兰、法国、美国、印度等国家的20多位汉学家、中国问题研究专家和智库学者，参加完在北京召开的2018年“汉学与当代中国”座谈会后，相聚西子湖畔，实地考察调研浙江乡村振兴发展经验，亲身感悟体验浙江人文山水底蕴。一路上，汉学家们对浙江的发展变化发出由衷的赞叹：“中国，了不起！”

“杭州景色，真美丽！”

盛夏时节的杭州西湖，荷花绽放，荷香扑鼻。傍晚，一场应时的阵雨将整个西湖洗刷一新。听说《最忆是杭州》是G20杭州峰会各国元首看过的表演节目，坐在观众席上的汉学家们有些迫不及待，急着想一睹风采。

“毕竟西湖六月中，风光不与四时同。接天莲叶无穷碧，映日荷花别样红。”阿中文化协会会长斯巴修嘴里朗诵着南宋诗人杨万里的《晓出净慈寺送林子方》，一边摇着扇子，一边擦着脸上的汗水，看得出他十分开心。

随着大型水上情景表演交响音乐会《最忆是杭州》的上演，汉学家们一下子屏住了呼吸。这场以“创新、活力、联动、包容”为主题，同时展现“西湖元素、杭州特色、江南韵味、中国气派和世界大同”的音乐会，让汉学家们大呼过瘾。

50分钟的演出，汉学家们看得如痴如醉。“在湖光山色中，观看水上芭蕾表演，聆听世界名曲，感受中国元素与世界文化的交融与碰撞，将传统与现代、古典与经典结合得美轮美奂，真的太美了。”斯巴修非常激动：“欲把西湖比西子，淡妆浓抹总相宜。杭州，我爱你！”

尼泊尔阿尼哥协会会长SARBOTTAM是一名职业医生，也是一个中国通。“我（上世纪）80年代就在湖北武汉读书。那时中国没有现在这么富强、这么美丽。现在已经大变样了。读书期间，我来过西湖，也去过安徽黄山、四川九寨沟……还特地跑到台湾看日月潭。没想到，现在中国的美丽景点这么多，想看都看不过来了。中国的发展速度令人称奇。”在乘船游览大运河的过程中，他不时地用手机抓拍一个个美景，还一个劲地说：“太美了。我都乐不思蜀，不想回去了。”一口流利的普通话字正腔圆。

在京杭大运河博物馆，埃及艾因·夏姆斯大学语言学院中文系教授穆赫辛·法尔加尼说，他的家乡就在苏伊士运河边，来到京杭大运河后，感觉非常亲切。这是他第一次来杭州，很荣幸，收获也很大。特别是在博物馆里，了解了不少京杭大运河的知识以及中国的历史，回去以后要好好消化研究，把这次看到的中国变化、中国故事、中国经验写出来。

“只有民族的才是世界的。中国能够将传统与现代有机结合，走出了中国特色的发展之路。这是中国发展富强的根本原因，也是值得世界各国学习借鉴的宝贵经验。”走出博物馆，他兴致勃勃地提笔挥毫，在留言簿上写下了“龙飞凤舞”四个大大的中国汉字。

“浙江乡村，我喜欢！”

青山绿水间，蓝天白云，风清气朗。尽管天气炎热，可是美景依旧挡不住汉学家们的热情和好奇。

漫山翠竹，小桥流水。在安吉县余村，汉学家们顶着烈日，实地考察了浙江新农村建设情况，并参观了安吉生态博物馆，了解安吉生态文化的特色和民风民俗，充分感受浙江乡村振兴的发展之路。

一路上，草木葱茏，景色怡人。美国德克萨斯南方大学历史与地理学系副教授Roger Preston忍不住赞美起来：“没想到一个小山村能发展得这么好，资源丰富、村庄整洁，我很喜欢这里。”

“在中国待了很多年，但是安吉却是第一次来，觉得这里特别不错，绿水青山，空气清新，环境真的特别好，而且农村百姓很幸福。”哈萨克斯坦阿里-法拉比国立大学东方学系汉学教研室主任Nabizhan连声称赞。

一杯安吉白茶，淡淡的清香沁人心脾，也缓解了夏季的躁热。“这还是第一次喝安吉白茶，真的很不错。我平时喝茶都喜欢加点糖，但这个白茶不加糖，也很好喝，而且很健康！”索非亚大学教授Alexander Bogdanov不停地称赞。

在安吉递铺街道鲁家村，汉学家们走进村里的旅游集散中心，听着解说，品着白茶，尝着村民们提供的美食糕点，不时地点头称赞。由于时间关系，汉学家们稍作休憩，又迫不及待地前往“火车总站”，乘上了“阿鲁阿家”号小火车环游这个“明星村”。

在听闻小小的一个村子里有18个农场后，Roger Preston教授非常惊讶，“没想到一个小小的农村居然可以这么发达，而且产品也很丰富。”他曾经在中国待了6年时间，但却是第一次看到中国的农村里居然藏着这么不一样的美景。

“这里的乡村太美了！青山绿水就是金山银山。”看见这里家家户户都住着漂亮的青砖黛瓦的洋房，看到村民脸上洋溢的幸福笑容，阿根廷拉努斯国立大学当代中国硕士研究专业负责人GUSTAVO不由地感慨：“在这样的环境下生活，真是很幸福、很快乐、很健康。”

“中國智慧，了不起！”

今年是中国改革开放40周年，浙江实施“八八战略”15周年。汉学家们通过实地参观调研，都认为浙江的发展无疑是中国发展的一个生动缩影：“中国智慧，了不起！”

15年来，这里走出了一条富有浙江特色的发展之路，经济社会持续健康发展，人民群众的幸福感、获得感、安全感不断提升。浙江实践引起了各国汉学家的高度关注，也引发了他们浓厚的研究兴趣。

“安吉的乡村振兴实践和特色小镇建设，展现了浙江乡村发展的科学之路；互联网与社会融合发展，彰显了浙江与世界同发展、共进步的理念；西湖文化景观和大运河文化，体现了浙江的特色历史文化底蕴。”这是来自哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院非常驻高级研究员柯保罗的观感。

柯保罗说，他第一次来中国是1974年。那时的中国还不怎么发达，城市建设没有现在这么美，老百姓也没有这么富足。“现在真的不一样了。40年时间，发生了翻天覆地的变化，中国速度、中国效率、中国方案、中国道路，真的很了不起。”在他看来，在当前广泛的国际合作中，构建共赢共享的人类命运共同体是最佳的选择。当今世界经济发展出现了许多结构性矛盾和问题，唯有靠进一步深化和拓展国际合作，才能实现共赢共享，造福世界文明。

“這次浙江之行，给我们留下了深刻的印象。对于整个世界来说，中国在很多领域，特别是在环保和气候变化方面，发挥着越来越重要的作用。”布隆迪新闻出版局局长路易斯·坎文努巴萨说，40年来的改革开放，给中国和中国人民、给世界政治经济格局所带来的改变与影响，前所未有。中国已经成为世界第二大经济体、世界经济增长稳定器，书写了世界最为成功的脱贫故事，中国进行改革开放，契合世界各国人民要发展要合作要和平生活的时代潮流，不仅让中国人民走向共同富裕，也在为实现全世界共同富裕贡献了中国方案。

“中国在过去40年中的发展非常卓越，改革开放的政策使中国人民和全世界很多国家都进步了。”在白俄罗斯文化部前任部长斯维特洛夫·鲍里斯看来，深厚的中华传统文化是中国发展的根基。中国文化是一条独特的“丝绸之路”，它不仅存在于地理空间，而且也存在于历史长河的坐标轴上。

After attending a seminar featuring the theme of Sinology and Contemporary China in Beijing， 25 sinologists， China experts and think tank scholars from 22 countries visited Zhejiang from June 25 to 28， 2018. They came to learn about the cultural charms of Zhejiang and take a look at the rural development of the province， which leads China in countryside reconstruction and revitalization in many aspects.

In the first evening， the guests watched a reality show on the West Lake. The show was ， first presented for the VIP guests who were attending the G20 Hangzhou Summit Meeting in September 2016. The guests wowed at the 50-minute show， which highlighted the elements of West Lake， characteristics of Hangzhou， charms of Jiangnan， style of China， and the harmony of the world.

The guests also took a boat riding on the Hangzhou section of the Grand Canal of China that zigzags through downtown Hangzhou. After the boat tour， they visited Grand Canal Museum.

The international scholars and experts visited Yucun， a village in Anji County in northern Zhejiang， to take a look at the exemplary sample the village set for the whole province in restoring ecology and developing in an environment-friendly way. They also visited Anji Ecology Museum which not only presents a general view of the rural environment but also the traditional lifestyle of the county. The trip to Anji provided the visitors with an insight into the development that has transformed rural Zhejiang over the last decades.

One of the villages the guests visited in Anji was Lujia. It was a model village featuring wonderful economic development and community growth. After a short tea break， the international visitors took a brief train tour around the star village. The village now operates 18 farms.

Mr. Roger Preston， an associate professor with the Department of Geology and History of Texas Southern University， had spent six years in China. It was his first visit to Anji. The eye-opening visit offered him an insight into the beauty and prosperity of rural Zhejiang.

“How beautiful the village is！ Green mountains and clear rivers are indeed a mountain of gold and silver！” sighed emotionally Mr. Gustavo， a scholar of China Studies with Universidad Nacional de Lanus of Argentina， Mr. Nabizhan， director of Sinology Office， Oriental Studies Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University， found Anji appealing to him. He had spent many years in China， but it was his first visit to Anji.

For many of the guests， it was the first time they ever tried White Tea， a special tea named after Anji. “I like sugared tea， but this cup of white tea is good to sip and healthy！” said Mr. Alexander Bogdanov， a professor with Sophia University.

The international experts were interested in learning about Zhejiangs solutions and practices in the provinces solid and sound economic and social development. “The rural revitalization and special towns in Anji embodies a scientific path Zhejiang takes for its rural development； integration of Internet and society embodies Zhejiangs philosophy and practice to connect the world for growth and progress； the West Lake and the Grand Canal present the history and culture of Zhejiang，” commented Paul Clifford， a senior researcher with Harvard University.

Paul Clifford first visited China in 1974. “Now everything is different. There have been fundamental changes over the past 40 years， Chinese speed， Chinese efficiency， Chinese solution and Chinese road are really great，” remarked Paul Clifford. He agreed that building a shared future for humanity by means of widest-range international cooperation is the best choice. The structural problems and contradictions in the global economic system can only be solved by deepening and widening international cooperation so as to create a win-win situation and benefit the whole world.

“China has scored great achievement in development over the past 40 years. Its reform and opening up has benefited Chinese people and many other countries in the world，” commented Mr. Boris Svetlov， former Belarusian Culture Minister. In his opinion， the traditional Chinese culture is the very foundation of Chinese development. Chinese culture is a unique Silk Road. It is more than a physical presence. It is also a hallmark of history. Sinologists are foreign experts specialized in China studies. They are envoys of Chinese culture. Their understanding of Chinese culture and Chinese realities of today can enable the international community to make a better sense of China， Chinese wisdom， and Chinese solution and practice in rural development and revitalization.
