筒子纱智能染色工厂是以国家科学技术进步奖一等奖——“筒子纱数字化自动染色成套技术与装备“为技术基础,通过进行数字化、信息化、智能化全面提升,实现从原纱到色纱成品全流程的数字化和智能化生产;创建了纱线染色从络筒、排产、物流系统自动配合,生产任务自动执行、专用机器人替代人工、染色全流程参数在线检测及反馈,生产质量可控、远程运维等全流程纱线染色智能制造新模式。与传统染色相比,主机设备数控化率达到95%,染色一次合格率达到98%,生产效率提高28%,节约人工80%,吨纱节约用水70%、节约用电45%、节约用汽58%,减少污水排放68%。
智能染色工厂通过生产模式改变(由传统小批量多品种更改为大规模批量化)和利用互联网、远程运维等技术实现全国色纱聚集区内多工厂的工艺共享与协同生产,通过智能化生产,高品质制造,实现纱线的智能染色,满足高端纺织品市场需求。
未来十年,康平纳按照分期、分区原则,计划在新疆、江苏、山东、江西、广东、福建等印染聚集区建设50家智能染色工厂,其中“十三五”期间建设15家。通过集中印染、集中排放、集中处理,减少污水排放,提高产品质量,实现绿色制造,助推印染行业新旧动能转换,促进产业转型升级。
The cone yarn intelligent dyeing plant is based on the complete technological and equipment for digital automatic cone yarn dyeing which got the first prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award. By means of the comprehensive upgrade the digitization, informatiziton and intelligentize, the plant has achieved the digitization and automation in the whole process of production from grey yarn to color yarn. It has built a cone yarn dyeing intelligent manufacturing new model including yarn winding, production scheduling, logistic system automatic matching, productive task automatic performance, special purpose robot instead of manual work, online detection and feedback for the overall dyeing process parameter, production quality controllable, and team viewer, achieving closer integration of the traditional dyeing process and the internet.
Compared with the traditional dyeing production, thanks to the equipment, 70% labor can be reduced and the production efficiency can be increased by 28%; the first pass yield of dyeing can be increased from 80% to above 96%; 29% cost reduction; the defect rate of the products can be reduced more than 50%; steam saving, energy consumption per unit output value can be reduced more than 25%; 70% tons of yarn water saving; 68% pollution emission can be reduced .
The intelligent dyeing plant by means of the production models change(change the models from the traditional multi product and low volume to largescale and batches) and make use of the technology of internet and team viewer to achieve the technology sharing and collaborative production between the plants in the color yarn center all over China. By means of the intelligent production and high quality manufacturing, the company has achieved the intelligent dyeing of cone yarn and met the the high-end textile market demand.endprint
In the next ten years, according to the principles in various stages and regions, Companion plans to build 50 intelligent dyeing factories in the dyeing and printing centers of Xinjiang Korla region, Jiangsu, Shandong, Jiangxi, Guangdong and Fujian provinces, In the 13th Five-Year Program period (2016 - 2020), the company will build 15 intelligent dyeing factories. By means of the “centralized dyeing, centralized emission, centralized management”, the company aims to reduce the sewage discharges, improve the quality of the product, and achieve the intelligent and green manufacturing, in order to promote the industry transformation and upgrading.

With a line production up to 2,000 kg/h, the UNIfloc A 12 is extremely economical. The machine concept is based on a robust monocoque design, torque controlled direct drive and a unique scanning force measurement of the take-off unit. The fiber tufts are taken off uniformly by a patented take-off roller system, opened into so-called microtufts and thus optimally prepared for the further blowroom process. Energy costs can be reduced by feeding back the brake power into the network.

Automated air-jet spinning machine J 26 –Economical yarn production with a flexible machine
The fully-automated, double-sided air-jet spinning machine J 26 with 200 spinning units, up to 6 robots and a delivery speed of 500 m/min ensures economical and flexible production. The P 26 attachment for 100% polyester spinning widens the application range. High performance is supported by the piecing preparation system reducing the cycle time. The new edge displacement realizes packages with homogeneous density, heavier weight and soft edges for best performance downstream. The system is completed with the Rieter Q 10A yarn clearer customized for the air-jet application.
