非织造布行业是未来整个纺织行业发展的亮点和增长点,在这种背景下,非织造设备也成为了市场的新宠。非织造设备将朝着大型、稳定、高产、高速的方向发展,纺粘和热风等非织造技术结合的差异化生产正在成为新的亮点。

后整理设备的关注热点为资源可循环利用和节能;一些传统面料的整理技术,如泡沫整理已经开始拓展到各种非织造布功能整理上,该技术将在非织造布后整理方面产生不可限量的影响。

In the future, the non-woven fabric industry will become the highlight and a new growth point of the development of textile industry, and accordingly the non-woven equipment has also become the new darling of the market. Non-woven equipment will move toward large-scale, stable, high-yield and high-speed development. Differentiated production of combined non-woven technologies such as spun-bond and hot air is becoming a new highlight.

The focus of finishing equipment is resource recycling and energy saving. Some traditional fabric finishing techniques, such as foam finishing, have started to expand to a variety of nonwoven functional finishing.

光山白鲨 展出“境泉”系列针布

本屆展会上,光山白鲨将展出“境泉”系列产品。“境泉”品牌是以白鲨针布创始人-—张境泉先生的名字命名,先生为纺织业孜孜以求工作近四十年,表达的是白鲨人对先生的敬爱。张境泉先生研发的表面强化处理针布通过了国家鉴定,达到国际先进水平。以“境泉”命名,是对先生为纺织工业所作贡献的肯定。“境泉”针布的命名,旨在传承和弘扬张境泉先生的民族工匠精神;集中体现在对针布“针针一丝不苟,齿齿精益求精”的品质要求,领导白鲨发展、传承“拼搏奋进,尽善尽美”的企业精神。

境泉产品特点

超耐磨。采用纳米级耐磨材料进行针齿表面强化处理,使针布耐磨性能大幅提高。实验检测数据显示:针布齿尖硬度由860HV提高到1100~1300HV,其表面光滑,粗糙度Ra达到0.15m,摩擦系数μ<0.20,摩擦力降低,磨损均匀,使用寿命可达进口针布的两倍及以上,棉纤维加工量可达1800吨~2000吨。

保护纤维。通过锥齿化工艺处理,针齿棱边被处理成0.02~0.20mm不等的圆弧,齿尖圆锥型,齿体圆锥体,齿体圆润光洁。在基恩士200倍放大镜下观察,境泉表面强化处理针布齿尖犹如6 m水滴,表面晶莹剔透,圆润如玉,缓和梳理中对纤维的冲击,充分实现柔性分梳,减少纤维切割性损伤,保护纤维,提高制成率,短绒率可降低0.5~1个百分点(即可节约原料5~10公斤/吨)。

降低棉结效果明显。锥齿工艺处理的金刚镀针布,齿顶面积比普通针布减少,齿尖由原来的0.09mm降至0.08mm,齿尖锋利度高,穿刺分梳性能提高。实验证明,使用境泉表面强化处理针布棉结去除率可达到90%以上。

抗腐蚀性强。将新型防腐技术与特殊工艺完美结合,大幅提高针布抗腐蚀性能。多次盐雾、湿热、酸碱等腐蚀实验表明,境泉表面强化处理针布的点蚀、片状蚀等腐蚀形态呈现不明显,可以无任何防护地裸存于常规环境中。

无磨合期(走熟期)。金刚镀针布生产中,采用锥齿化、耐磨、耐腐蚀等特殊技术和工艺,其制成后期无需进行防护处理,针布上机使用,无需进行磨合。

During this exhibition, Guangshan White Shark Card Clothing Co., Ltd. will promote the products of “Jintran” series. “Jintran”brand is named according to the name of the originator of White Shark Card Clothing - Mr. Zhang Jingquan. Mr. Zhang Jingquan has worked for nearly 40 years diligently in the textile industry. The name just expresses the respect and love of the White Shark people to Mr. Zhang. The surface strengthened treatment card clothing developed by Mr. Zhang has passed the national verification and reached the international advanced standard. With “Jintran” as the name, it is exactly the affirmation of Mr. Zhang to the textile industry. The denomination of “Jintran” card clothing is aimed at inheriting and promoting the national craftsman spirit of Mr. Zhang Jingquan, which is concentrated reflected by the quality requirements of “meticulous stitches and refined teeth” to the card clothing, thus leading the White Shark to develop and inherit the enterprise spirit of “struggling and progressing, dedication and perfection”.endprint

Characteristics of “Jintran” products

Extremely wear-resisting. It adopts the nanoscale wearresistant materials to conduct the strengthened treatment of the stitches and teeth surfaces, so that the wear-resisting performance of the card clothing will be improved dramatically. The experimental data indicates that the tooth top hardness has been improved from 860 HV to 1,100 - 1,300 HV. In addition, it has smooth surface and the roughness Ra has reached 0.15 μm. The friction coefficient μ < 0.20. The frictional force has been reduced and the wear is even. Afterwards, its service life can be two times or more than two times of the imported card clothing. The cotton fiber processing volume can reach 1,800 tons - 2,000 tons.

Protect the fibers. Through the treatment of tapered teeth, the seamed edges of the needles and teeth are processed into the unequal arc of 0.02 - 0.20 m. The tooth tip is in pyramid type and the tooth body is in cone. The tooth body is mellow and smooth. Once being observed under Keyence 200 times magnifying glass, the tooth tines of the Jintran surface strengthened treatment card clothing are as the water drops of 6μm, with crystal and clear surface, mellow and jade-like body. It will relieve the impact to the fiber in carding, so as to fully realize flexible carding and reduce the incised damage to the fibers, thus protecting the fibers and improving the producing rate. The short fiber content can be reduced by 0.5 - 1 percentage point (save the raw materials of 5 - 10 kg/ton).

Have obvious effect of reducing the neps. The diamond covering card clothing which has been processed by the cone tooth technology has a reduced tooth crest area than the ordinary card clothing. The tooth tip has been reduced from 0.09 mm to 0.08 mm, so that the tooth tip is very sharp, thus the puncturing and carding performances have been improved. The experiment result indicates that the neps elimination rate of using Jintran surface strengthened treatment card clothing can reach as high as 90%.

Strong corrosion resistance. It integrates the new corrosion resistance technology and the special craft, so as to improve the corrosion resistance of the card clothing dramatically. After going through the salt mist, damp and hot, acid and alkaline experiments for several times, the corrosive pitting, flake corrosion and other corrosive forms on Jintran surface strengthened treatment card clothing are not obvious. Therefore, it can be naked in the conventional environment without any protection.endprint

No run-in period (breaking-in period). In the manufacturing process of the diamond covering card clothing, the tapered teeth, wear resistance and corrosive resistance as well as other special technologies and crafts are used. After being manufactured, there is no need to conduct any protective treatment in the later period. The card clothing can be directly used on the machine. There is no need of the run-in period.

热风生产线

热风非织造布是在纤维梳理成网后,利用烘燥设备上的热风穿透纤网,使之受热粘合生产的非织造布。

主要工艺参数——产品方向:尿不湿、卫生巾内层和面层等产品;适用原料:ES纤维、PET纤维、PP纤维、PE纤维等;设备幅宽:2.5米、3.5米;产品克重:16~80g/m2;生产速度:120m/min

工艺流程:纤维喂入→粗开松→纤维混合→精开松→梳理成网→热风粘合→整理定型→卷绕

其中,梳理机适用于将经过开清设备处理过的各种等级的纤维进一步开松、梳理并形成均勻纤网。喂入系统包括金属防轧、喂入罗拉、给棉板等,采用下给棉方式。梳理单元采用双锡林(共8组工作辊)、双道夫的结构。合理布局负压抽吸位置,保证梳理区的整洁。锡林、工作辊、剥取辊转移辊端面封板一体化设计。

热风粘接机适用于将经过梳理机的纤网(ES纤维、涤纶纤维、丙纶纤维、聚乙烯纤维等)进行加热粘合,使纤维自由粘合而形成具有一定强力的热风非织造布。本机采用单层网热风式;加热区模块化设计,可以根据要求增减;循环风机左右交叉放置。

Hot air non-woven fabric equipment

Hot air non-woven fabric is a non-woven fabric making utilizing the hot air on the drying equipment to penetrate through the fiber web after carding the fiber into web, so that the fabric will be heated and bond for manufacturing.

Main technological parameters

Orientation: inner layers and surfaces of the baby diapers and sanitary towels.

Applicable raw materials: ES fiber, PET fiber, PP fiber. PE fiber and so on.

Equipment breadth: 2.5 m, 3.5 m.

Weight of the product: 16 - 80 g/m2

Manufacturing speed: 120 m/min.

Technological process:

fiber feeding → rough opening→ fiber mixture→ refined opening →card web forming → hot-air bonding → finishing and setting → winding

Thereinto, the carding machine is appropriate to conduct a further opening, carding and forming the even fiber web to the fibers of various levels which have been treated by the opening and picking equipment. The feed-in system includes metal anti-clogging device, feeding roller, feeder plate and so on. The lower feeding is adopted. The carding unit adopts double cylinders (a total of eight groups of working rollers) and two doffer structure. The negative pressure suction position is laid properly, so as to ensure the clean carding area. The cylinder, working roller, strip roller and transfer roller have the integrated design of the end cover.

The hot-air bonding machine is suitable to conduct heating and bonding to the fiber webs (ES fiber, polyester fiber, polypropylene fibre, polyethylene fiber and so on) which have went through the carding machine, so that the fibers will bond freely and form the hot air non-woven fabric with a certain strength. The machine adopts the monolayer web hot air type. The heating area is in modular design, thus being increased or decreased as the requirements. The circulating fan is placed in the left and right side intersectionally.endprint

高速直鋪水刺生产线

该生产线采用两梳直铺工艺,可根据需要使用一种原料或2~3种原料混合使用,生产湿巾、揩擦布材料;也可两台梳理机使用不同的原料做正反两面原料不相同的无纺布,用于高档面膜、医用辅料。在原料方面,不仅用于涤纶、粘胶、天丝、等化学短纤维,还是可适用于竹纤维、大豆纤维、壳聚糖等具有医疗效用的天然生物纤维。

高速水刺法非织造布成套装备在研发过程中充分考虑并应用了节能环保技术。新型不锈钢包覆辊被广泛采用,代之以传统的电镀工艺;参与运动的机件采用航空航天高强度轻质材料,降低冲击力,保证运动件速度的提升和运动的平稳性;拖动型式从最初的变频调速发展到多单元伺服控制型式;电气控制系统从单纯的PLC过程控制发展到远程运维、数字网络通讯,提升工厂自动化水平,提高了设备运行效率,缓解了工厂日益紧张的用工需求,改善了现场工作环境,减轻了用户厂设备维护人员的劳动强度和工作量,适应了国际机械发展的潮流和方向,整体技术水平达到了二十一世纪国际先进水平。

High-speed straight-lapping spun-laced production line

After the continuous development, improvement and research of 20 years, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. has developed the whole set of high-speed spun-laced non-woven equipment with its own proprietary intellectual property right, which can produce spun-laced non-woven fabrics with various patterns, big gram weight scope and good homogeneity. The main equipment, automatic control system and engineering design of the whole production line are completed independently. The winding speed of the production line can reach 200m/min, thus breaking through the record of having no spunlaced non-woven machine of 10,000 tons in China. It also reaches the requirements of high speed, high output, high quality, high automation, high reliability, high spinning suitable type and low maintenance cost. Its energy consumption is only one third of the general production line. In addition, it also realizes zero sewage discharging.

This production line adopts the double carding and straight lapping technology. As the different demands, it can manufacture with one raw material or 2 - 3 mixed raw materials to manufacture wet tissues, wipers and so on. In addition, the two carding machines can also use different raw materials to produce the nonwoven fabrics with different raw materials of both surfaces, thus being used on the top-level facial masks and medical ingredients. As to the raw materials, it can not be only used for the chemical staple such as terylene, mucilage glue, tencel and so on, but also be applicable for bamboo fiber, soybean fiber, chitosan and other natural biological fibers with medical effects. In the process of developing the high-speed spun-laced non-woven equipment, the energy-saving and environmental protection technologies have been fully considered and applied.

At present, it has been operated by several users and it has been succeeded in selling into the international markets, such as Vietnam, Turkey, Russia and so on.endprint

New needle machine & high-speed needling microfiber leather fabric production line

In this exhibition, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. exhibits needle machine of ZW2361 series with a modular design, divided into single needle plate, double needle plate, and other models, which applies to all types of pre thorn and main thorn of needle line.

The new needle-punched equipment adapts to technological innovation with combined structure, two-axle drive transmission system, swing-arm guide mechanism to accelerate the high-speed operation of needle machine; with modular spindle system of anti-cibration and rotation balance assembly, and standaedized components for easy replacement and maintenance; with automatic needle depth adjustment for arbitrary change of process parameters, and online lifting of stripping screen and support screen without parking in normal procedure.
