目前,纺织企业正处在转型升级的重要时期。面对劳动力资本上涨、原料价格增长、汇率波动等现状,纺织企业通过自动化、连续化、信息化设备,克服了生产困境,实现了减少用工、提高生产率、稳定产品质量的目标。

前纺设备大卷装为高产创造了条件。如梳棉机幅宽加宽,条筒加大;并条机、精梳机等条筒容量也不断增大。各种设备的连续化为高产奠定了基础。如,清梳联的普遍使用,精梳棉卷自动输送、生头,粗纱、细纱、络筒工序的自动联接,筒纱自动运输、包装,在线监控、管理等等。基于互联网平台的监控管理技术,在线监控管理可以延伸至所有设备运行状态、产品各环节质量、车间环境、能源消耗等各个环节。

At present, the textile enterprises are in a critical period of transformation and upgrading. In face of rising labor costs and raw material price fluctuations, textile enterprises have been successful in reducing labor costs, improving productivity, and stabilizing product quality based on automatic and continuous equipment.

Large package of spinning preparation equipment created conditions for high productivity, such as broader width and enlarged sliver cans of card as well as growing increased sliver can capacity of drawing machines and combing machines. The continuity of various equipment laid the foundation for high output. For example, the common use of blowing-carding, automatic connection of feeding of combed lap, roving yarn, spun yarn, and winding process, automatic transportation and packaging, on-line monitoring, and management of bobbin yarn. 高产锡林针布

双齿设计:矮齿在初始阶段具有一定的握持分梳能力,在正常分梳时又能托持纤维,可以使纤维维持在齒尖,有效防止纤维下滑;双齿组合,能间接地提高锡林针布密度,提升分梳效果,因而在工艺条件基本不变的情况下,可以实现提高产量同时保证质量。

平顶、大前角设计:大齿尖采用“平顶”设计思路,即保证大部分纤维停留在齿尖部位,又有效防止纤维下滑,采用大前角设计可以有效地控制纤维,增加分梳作用效果。

高矮齿设计:可以实现双重托持纤维,并对工作面采取圆弧工作面设计,能够提高纤维的“一次性分梳效果”,由于托持作用的增强,可以提升纤维和盖板、道夫的接触长度,增加作用齿数, 有利于纤维的分梳、混合和转移等作用, 提高纤维的梳理度和均混效果。

强转移针布

双侧横纹设计:传统的横纹针布,是在齿部一侧面带有横纹,另一面为光面,主要是提高针布的握持能力,提高纤维的转移性能,但在高速、强转移的条件下,该种设计还存在不足,握持能力弱,造成转移不足,甚至掉网以及飞花多现象,影响梳理效果;而双面横纹针布弥补其不足,是在针布的双面设计横纹,形成双面横纹特殊结构,增强针布对纤维控制能力,改善针布抓棉不足、掉网、飞花多等现象,提高针布的梳理效果。

工作面带槽设计:对于握持能力弱,抱合力差的纤维,转移性能差,特别是锡林和道夫之间转移。而影响道夫转移率首先是由道夫针布的规格参数(如工作角、齿密、针高)、表面状态,其次是针布的齿型结构设计,最后是工艺速度。因而在设计道夫齿型结构时,在道夫的工作面采用开槽设计,增加对纤维的控制能力,提高转移率,改善棉网质量。

宽幅盖板针布

为了提高梳棉机台时产量,增加分梳效果,因而梳棉机的宽度从常规的1000mm增加到1200mm或1500cm,但在宽度增加后容易引起异常,如变形,工艺隔距满足不了要求,使用过程中易接针等;

首先,通过对宽幅盖板针布参数重新设计,如针高、工作角、植针组织、排列方式等优化设计,改变传统的设计理念,避免因幅宽存在不足而产生的异常;其次,改变磨针工艺,对针布平整度、侧磨细度、锥状对称要求和针尖刀口形状重新确定要求和标准;宽幅盖板针布材料选用进口特高耐磨合金钢丝及先进技术的特制钢丝,能提高并确保针布梳理的抗变形能力;采用特制C型底布,能加强和改善底布对钢针的握持能力,同时采用高性能的合金铝带和钢带,提高边夹包覆盖板针布平直度。endprint

High production cylinder wire

Duo-tooth design: The lower tooth has certain ability to grip and card in the initial stage, and can hold the fibers during normal carding, which can keep the fibers at the tooth tips and effectively prevent the fibers from sliding down. The duo-tooth combination can indirectly increase cylinder density and improve carding effect, so as to increase output while ensuring quality based on the basically unchanged process conditions;

Flat top and large rake angle design: The big tooth tip adopts “flat top” design, which cannot only guarantee most of the fiber to stay in the tooth tip position, but also effectively prevent the fiber from falling. The large rake angle design can effectively control the fiber, improving the carding effect;

High-low tooth design: Double support of fibers can be achieved, and the working surface is designed in circular arc, which cannot only improve the“one-time carding effect”, but also increase the contact length between fiber and the card flat and doff due to the enhanced backing. As a result, it is conducive to fiber carding, mixing and transfer, improving fiber carding degree and mixing effect.

Transfer wire

Bilateral cross-striation: The traditional cross-striation wire is featured with stripes on one side of the teeth and smooth on the other side, mainly to improve the gripping ability of the card clothing and improve the fiber transfer performance. However, in the condition of high speed and strong transfer, the design is still inadequate, such as weak gripping capacity, which will result in insufficient transfer, or even drop from the web and more card fly, affecting the carding effect. The double-sided cross-striation wire can make up for its deficiencies because of the special double-sided cross-striation structure, which enhances its ability to control the fiber and improves carding effect.

Grooved working surface: The fibers of weak gripping and cohesion see poor transfer performance, in particular, the transfer between cylinder and doff. The doff transfer rate is primarily impacted by the specification parameters (such as working angle, tooth density, and needle height) as well as the surface state, followed by the needle structure design, and finally the process speed. Therefore, in the design of the tooth structure of doff, its working surface is grooved, so as to increase the control to fiber, improve the transfer rate and improve the web quality.endprint
