The mind is a noisy place. We often get lost in thoughts of a remembered past or an anticipated future. Whether regretting what has happened, or planning or worrying about what might happen, the past and the future steal our attention away from the present. We become mentally absent, forgetting to experience whats happening right here and now.

心灵是个嘈杂的地方。我们经常在回忆过去或憧憬未来中迷失自己。无论你是悔恨过去发生的事,还是规划或担心未来的事,都会分散我们的注意力,让我们无法专注于当下。精神上的分散让我们忘记去体验此时此刻正在发生的事。

Life unfolds in the present. The past was, and the future will be, but the present is all that ever is. Now is the moment of power, where all decisions are made, all emotions are felt, all life is lived. Give the present the attention it deserves!

生活在我們的眼前展开。昨天已成过去,未来还未到来,现在才是我们拥有的全部。此刻才是施展能力的时候,我们做出决定,感知情绪,体验当下的生活。让现在得到它应有的关注吧!

To be present is to experience yourself from moment to moment, the nowness, of everything thats happening around you,undistracted by the past or the future. Be present and youll feel fewer negative emotions and more positive emotions. Guilt and regret result from a focus on the past. Fear and stress result from a focus on the future. Be present, no matter how out-of-control your day is, no matter how stressful your job or life becomes.

活在当下就是要时刻体验生活,体验现在,体验周围发生的一切,不被过去或未来所分心。活在当下,你会生活得更积极,消极情绪会更少。歉疚和懊悔都是因为你沉湎于过去。恐惧和压力则是你太着眼于未来。专注于当下,无论你的生活多么失控,无论你的工作或生活的压力有多大。
