补肾活血汤联合补钙剂口服治疗老年性骨质疏松症临床观察

【摘 要】目的：观察补肾活血汤联合补钙剂口服治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：将156例老年性骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组78例。2组均给予口服钙尔奇D3基础治疗，对照组在基础治疗基础上口服阿仑膦酸钠片，治疗组在基础治疗基础上口服补肾活血汤。2组均治疗3个月，随访6个月。记录治疗后6个月2组患者的骨质状态、生理状态以及出现的不良反应，比较2组患者的视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、骨密度以及骨代谢指标。结果：治疗后6个月，2组VAS评分较治疗前下降（P < 0.05），且治疗组下降程度优于对照组（P < 0.05）。2组腰椎骨密度较治疗前均明显升高（P < 0.05），治疗组高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。骨代谢生化指标显示，2组治疗后血清骨钙素、Ⅰ型原胶原N-端前肽、Ⅰ型胶原交联C-末端肽均较治疗前改善，且治疗组改善程度优于对照组，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：采用补肾活血汤联合钙尔奇口服治疗老年性骨质疏松症能够显著缓解患者临床疼痛症状，增加骨密度含量，改善骨转换，提高患者生活质量。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Senile Osteoporosis with Bushen Huoxue Tang（补肾活血汤）Combining Calcium Supplement

【ABSTRACT】Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Tang（补肾活血汤）combining

with calcium supplement in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods：One hundred and fifty six elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group，78 cases in each group.The 2 groups were orally given Caltrate D3 as the basic treatment，based on which the control group was orally given alendronate sodium tablets and the treatment group was orally given Bushen Huoxue Tang.The two groups were treated for 3 months and followed up for 6 months.After 6 months of treatment，the bone status，physiological status and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded and their VAS scores and bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes were compared.Results：Six months after treatment，the VAS scores of the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05），and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.The lumbar spine bone mineral density of the two groups was significantly higher than before treatment（P < 0.05），and that of the treatment group was higher than the control group，but the difference was not statistically significant（P > 0.05）.Biochemical indicators of bone metabolism showed that the BGP，PINP and S-CTX of the 2 groups were improved after treatment，and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group，the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （P < 0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of senile osteoporosis，Bushen Huoxue Tang combined with Caltrate calcium supplement can significantly relieve clinical symptoms of pain，increase bone density，improve bone turnover，and improve life quality of patients.
