中国先进研究堆中子束应用关键技术及若干科学问题年度报告(2013年)

摘 要:该年度完成的成果有:(1)中子单色器及准直器性能优化;完成中子衍射样品室及高温炉的物理设计;合成出储氢材料,并完成相组成分析及晶体结构的初步测试;实现64路3He管阵列探测系统数据采集自动化及一维位置灵敏探测器数据采集自动化;(2)开展了LiMnxFe1-xPO4和NaZn13中子衍射研究,FeSexTe1-x和BaFe2-xNixAs2单晶非弹性中子散射;(3)提拉法生长了成分均一的近化学计量比铌酸锂单晶及其他,合成并筛选硼酸盐、钙钛矿等新型多晶材料,对其晶体结构和性能进行了测试;(4)采用熔炼、快淬和烧结等方法制备磁性材料,首次运用传统HDDR工艺成功制备了高各向异性的Pr13Fe80B7磁粉,在该工艺过程中首次发现了高度有序的柱状歧化微结构;(5)完成了中子残余应力谱仪的安装和光学方法调试,制备出钢、铝材料标准样品;开展有限元模拟;(6)完成核燃料元件中子成像检测装置初步设计、间接成像转换屏研制。完成快速中子实时成像装置调研与设计。搭建热中子转换屏加工平台。完成含典型缺陷的先进材料样品的制备。开发了中子断层成像投影模拟程序和图像重建程序,进行了编码源中子成像初步实验。

Annual Report of Neutron Beam Application on China Advanced Research Reactor

Abstract:The achievements in this year are as follows: (1)The optimization of neutron monochromator and collimator have been finished, and the physical design of sample can and high temperature furnace have been completed. We have synthesized hydrogen storage materials and investigated the phase composition and crystal structure. The automatic data acquisition of 64 3He detection system and the one dimension position sensitive detector was achieved;(2)LiMnxFe1-xPO4 and NaZn13 were investigated using neutron diffraction, and single crystal FeSexTe1-x and BaFe2-xNixAs2 were studied using inelastic neutron scattering;(3)Stoichiometric homogeneous lithium niobate single crystals and new borate and perovskite polycrystalline materials were prepared, and their crystal structure and properties were investigated;(4)Magnetic materials were prepared by melting, rapid quenching and sintering method. Pr13Fe80B7 powder with high anisotropy was prepared first by using the traditional HDDR process successfully, and the highly ordered columnar dismutation micro structure was first discovered in the process;(5)The installation and cold commission of neutron residual stress diffractometer have been completed. Standard samples of steel and aluminum material were prepared. The finite element simulation was carried out;(6)The preliminary design of nuclear fuel element neutron imaging detection device and indirect imaging conversion screen has been finished. The design of real-time neutron imaging was completed. A thermal neutron converter processing platform was set up. The advanced material samples with typical defects were prepared. The programs of project simulation and imaging reconstruction for neutron tomography were developed, and the preliminary experiments of coded source neutron imaging were performed.
