面朝大海，春暖花开

From tomorrow on， I will be a happy man，

Grooming， chopping， and traveling all over the world.

From tomorrow on， I will care foodstuff and vegetables，

I have a house towards the sea， with spring flowers blossoming.

From tomorrow on， I will write to each of my dear ones，

Telling them of my happiness.

What the lightening of blessedness has told me，

I will spread it to each of them.

And give a warm name for every river and every mountain.

海子（1964-1989），原名查海生，中国当代诗人。 1979年15岁时考入北京大学法律系，1982年开始诗歌创作。1983年毕业后在中国政法大学政治系哲学教研室任教。1989年3月26日，诗人去世，年仅25岁。《面朝大海，春暖花开》是其代表作之一，广为流传。
