中国14省份前三季度GDP出炉重庆GDP增速位居第一 多地四季度加码稳增长

目前，中国各省份正陆续公布今年前三季度经济运行情况。据不完全统计，截至2015年10月21日，全国已有北京、上海、广东等14个地区公布了前三季度GDP数据，其中，重庆以11%的增速位居第一，而北京和上海的增速则低于全国水平。

重庆前三季度GDP增速最高 贵州排第二

国家统计局19日公布的数据显示，前三季度GDP为487774亿元，按可比价格计算，同比增长6.9%。此后，各地陆续公布前三季度经济运行情况。

据不完全统计，截至10月21日，北京、上海、广东、重庆、天津、浙江、四川、贵州、湖北、湖南、河南、云南、甘肃、青海等14个省份的前三季度GDP数据均已出炉。

在这14个省份中，与全国水平相比，仅北京和上海前三季度GDP增速低于全国水平，分别为6.7%和6.8%，其余地区GDP增速均高于全国水平。

在这14个省份中，重庆前三季度GDP增速最高，达11%，贵州以10.8%的增速排名第二，这两地也是目前仅有的前三季度GDP增速依旧保持两位数的地区。

多地前三季度GDP增速较上半年回升

与上半年经济增速相比，广东、贵州、湖北、湖南、河南、云南、青海等多地前三季度GDP增速出现回升。其中，广东前三季度GDP增速为7.9%，比上半年提高0.2个百分点，河南和青海前三季度GDP增速均比上半年提高0.4个百分点，回升幅度较大。

此外，一些地区前三季度GDP增速则较上半年出现回落，其中，北京和浙江前三季度GDP增速均比上半年回落0.3个百分点，上海前三季度GDP增速比上半年回落0.2个百分点。

浙江统计局在发布数据时表示，目前国际国内经济环境复杂严峻，经济分化态势较为明显，部分企业生产经营困难，市场风险隐患尚存，实现全年预期目标还需付出更大努力。

媒体注意到，在近日举行的部分省(区、市)负责人经济形势座谈会上，国务院总理李克强对地方经济作出了判断和要求：“地区经济走势呈现分化”“要充分发挥中央和地方两个积极性”“对懒政怠政和不作为的干部要严肃追责”。

多地加码稳增长力度 冲刺四季度

事实上，近日，多地相继召开会议部署四季度经济工作，各省份大都提到经济下行压力较大，并部署了一系列稳增长措施。

河南前三季度GDP增速较上半年回升，但河南在10月19日的省政府常务会议中指出，河南经济形势逐步好转，但是回升向好的基础还不稳固，下行压力依然很大，要“全力冲刺，坚决打赢稳增长保态势攻坚战”，并要求“巩固扩大房地产业回暖势头”“加快重大项目建设进度”。

广东提出，做好四季度经济工作，要抓好基础设施建设。加快财政资金支出进度，没有开工的要千方百计抓紧开工，在建项目要尽力加快推进；湖北则提出，全力打好稳增长、保目标的攻坚战，在三大需求中重点抓投资，狠抓重大项目招商引资、签约落地和建设推进。

民生证券宏观研究员朱振鑫对中新网表示，由于四季度GDP占全年GDP比重较高，中央和地方势必将继续加大稳增长和改革力度，预计随着稳增长和改革措施发挥作用，四季度经济将略有回升。

Chongqing Ranks NO.1 in Growth Rate Many Regions Improve Economic Index in the Fourth Quarter to Assure a Stable Growth Momentum

Currently,provinces of China are releasing figures of their economic performance in the first three quarters of the year.And according to incomplete statistics,by the end of Oct.21st,2015,GDPs of 14 regions including Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong in the past quarters had been released,among which Chongqing’s GDP ranked NO.1 with an 11% growth rate while those of Shanghai and Beijing were below the national average.

Chongqing boasts the highest GDP growth rate in the first three quarters and Guizhou ranks the second

According to the statistics issued by NBS on Oct.19th,the GDP for the first three quarters was as large as 4.87774 trillion yuan,with a year-on-year increase of 6.9% based on comparable prices.Since then,statistics of other regions of the country had been posted.

According to incomplete statistics by Oct.21st,GDP figures of 14 provinces had been published,including those of Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Chongqing,Tianjin,Zhejiang,Sichuan,Guizhou,Hunan,Henan,Yunnan,Gansu,and Qinghai.

Among them,only Beijing and Shanghai’s GDP growth rate—6.7% and 6.8% respectively—were below the national average while others were higher than the national average.

With a growth rate for the first three quarters registered 11%,Chongqing ranked at the top among the 14 provinces just followed by Guizhou,whose GDP growth rate was 10.8%.And these two are so far the only regions in China that have maintained a double-digit growth rate in the first three quarters of the year.

GDP growth rate of many regions in the first threequarters are picking up from the past half year

Compared with the past half year,there was a rising tendency in GDP of many regions including Guangzhou,Guizhou,Hubei,Hunan,Henan,Yunnan,Qinghai,etc.Among them,Guangdong’s GDP growth rate for the first three quarters was 7.9%,an increase of 0.2% compared to the past half year.And those of Henan and Chongqing increased by 0.4 %,well rebounded.

In addition,some regions were found a decrease in GDP growth rate of the first three quarters compared to the past half year,among which,Beijing and Zhejiang’s GDP growth rate decreased by 0.3% while that of Shanghai fell by 0.2%.

On delivering the data,officials of Zhejiang Bureau of Statics said: “we are facing a complicated economic environment in which economic polarization is manifest,some enterprises hit difficulties in manufacturing and operation and the market risks remains.Much more efforts have to be paid in order to achieve the annual goals.”

The press noticed that Li Keqiang,premier of the state council,had made his statement on the meetings on economic situations with regional leaders: “The regional economy tends to present polarity and we must give full play to the motivation of both central and local government.Where there is leader who neglect of their duties,there must be accountability.

Making efforts to maintain Econmic work and Springt on the 4th quarter

In fact,recently many regions have witnessed conferences on economic work in the fourth quarter.Many provinces have deployed a series of measures to maintain a stable economic growth momentum on the basis of the downward pressure on economy,as is already noted by them.

Henan showed a rising tendency in its GDP growth rate of the first three quarters compared to the past half year.However,officials on the provincial government executive meeting on Oct.19th pointed out that,in spite of the gradual resurgence,the momentum remained unsteady and the downward pressure on economy was still great and so that they needed to work really hard in order to win this tough battle of safeguarding a stable growth momentum.What’s more,it’s also needed to keep and amplify the rebounding momentum in real estates as well as to accelerate the development of major projects.

Officials of Guangdong province observed that if they wanted to do a great job in the economic work of the fourth quarter,great attention should be attached to the construction of infrastructures.They will speed up the progress of fiscal expenditure and by all efforts push forward the construction of projects not launched yet.And officials in Hubei said that they would focus on the investment demand among the three major demands (consumption demand,investment demand and foreign demand),the investment attraction,check-in and construction of major projects in this battle of maintaining growth momentum and achieving desired goals.

According to Zhu Zhenxin,a macro researcher of Minsheng Securities,in view of the proportion that the GDP of the forth quarter shares in the annual GDP,the central government and local government will continue to enhance economic stability and reform.It is expected that the economy will usher in a slight upswing as the measures concerning economic stability and reform play an efficient role.
