氮形态对油菜苗期生长的影响

摘要:为油菜的合理施肥提供依据,以甘蓝型油菜中双8号为对象,通过营养液培养试验,在同一氮水平下设置5种不同的硝铵比,研究不同氮形态对油菜幼苗株高、根长、鲜重、生物量及叶绿素含量等指标的影响。结果表明,供应两种形态氮素比单一形态氮素更有利于油菜生长发育以及提高产量;硝铵比75/25的处理生长状况最好;硝铵比超过75/25时,随着营养液中NH4+比例升高,幼苗各项指标显著降低。

Effects of Nitrogen on Seedling Stage of Rape

Abstract: To provide theoretical basis for the rational application of fertilizer on rape, taking the pair of 8th in Brassica napus as the abject, culture experiments were conducted from the nutrient solution. 5 different ratios of ammonium nitrate in the same nitrogen levels were set. The impact of rape seedling height, root length, fresh weight, biomass, chlorophyll and other indicators from different nitrogen forms was studied. The results showed that supplying two kinds of nitrogen was better than single nitrogen in rape growth and productivity. The growth conditions was best as the ammonium nitrate was 75/25. When the ammonium nitrate surpassed 75/25, each seedling index decreased significantly as the NH4+ rise in the proportion.
