总之,本次OSCE考试方案难度系数适中,区分度指数较高,Cronbach′s α为0.783,考试方案较为可行,有助于客观评价临床能力,效果较好。但SP由本科一年级学生担任,在与考生沟通中应变力较差,且不能较为自然地表现阳性体征,容易对考生产生不良导向作用。OSCE在我国尤其是在护理领域起步较晚,缺乏统一的标准,考站内容及流程的设置需要进一步完善。后续将对考试过程中的不足之处加以改进,将OSCE考试应用于护士规培各个阶段的考核之中。
