“河洛文化”栏目面向海内外诚征稿件

文化是民族的血脉，是人类的精神家园。5 000年的悠久历史，3 000年的文化中心，1 600年的帝王之都，为中华民族留下了丰富而宝贵的文化遗产——河洛文化。河洛地区作为华夏文明的重要发祥地，为中华民族的发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献。在实现中华民族伟大复兴、提高国家文化软实力、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的历史背景下，我刊(原《洛阳工学院学报(社会科学版)》)自1996年开设了“河洛文化”栏目，至今已发表与河洛地区文化、文学、历史、考古、哲学、经济有关的稿件近310余篇，被人大复印资料全文转载多篇，曾获得李学勤、朱绍侯、高敏和王子今等知名学者赐稿并高度称赞。该栏目多次被评为“全国社科学报特色栏目”、“理工农医院校社科学报优秀栏目”，为进一步强化本刊特色，把河洛文化研究“做实、做细、做深、做透”，打造本刊的学术品牌，现面向海内外学者诚征佳作！

稿件要求：凡与河洛地区文化考古，河洛地区作家、思想家，河洛地区历史，河洛文明传承有关的稿件，均可惠投！尤其欢迎贴近现实、有时代气息的稿件。

Inner Conflicts and Construction of Fair Ecology at

Colleges and Universities

Abstract:The inner conflict at colleges and universities has obvious performance in power relationship, interpersonal relationship, functional relationship, and department relationship. The existence of these conflicts affects the harmonious development of colleges and universities, and implies the contradiction and crisis. To strengthen the construction of fair ecology should be the inevitable choice for eliminating the inner conflicts, maintaining campus harmony and stability, and facilitating the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
