Ⅰ.Factors for classroom teaching
There are three main factors that are vitally important for classroom teaching at different levels. They are: the class, the teacher, and the lesson. Classroom teaching usually combines substance with technique. It requires knowledge of contest and the management of materials and procedures in such a way that the best possible learning situation is created.
A.The class. In terms of class, there is also a question of the physical aspect of the classroom. It includes the size of the classroom, the decoration, the ventilation condition, the environment of the classroom, etc. All of these should be taken into the teachers consideration. Another important element of the class is the atmosphere of the classroom. It should have an attractive, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere which can make both students and teachers feel happy, hence it is easier to cooperate with each other and reach a satisfactory common goal in the process of learning and teaching.
B.The teacher. The teacher, who is not the central factor of FL teaching and learning in contemporary times, still plays a unique role in this profession. He/she is a key factor in the classroom and must live up to some standards. He/she must participate in professional training to keep up with the rapidly developing theories and practice in FL teaching, and should carry out experiments or research work in order to improve the methods and techniques for teaching.
C.The lesson.Giving a lesson is the most important activity of the teacher. But the success of the lesson depends on many things. First it lies in the presentation of teaching materials. The success of a lesson also hinges on the flexibility of the teaching, and on the student interaction in class. The teacher should make sure that there are a variety of types of presentation which will make the lesson flexible and interesting. In organizing the class, each step should be conducted on the basis of considering: the steps of reviewing the old materials, the steps of practice, the steps of giving feedback and the steps of relating new materials to what has been learned previously. Besides all of these, the teacher should also be clear about the reasonable proportion of the time spend on teachers teaching and students talking. If all of these are planned and implemented properly, the lesson will be a successful one.
Ⅱ.TPR
Students are imaginative and creative. They like new things and enjoy participating in actions and they seldom get bored when they are involved in the activity. Even more, they like ‘dance for joy very much. That means they like to do things with their hands, bodies and minds. If the teachers want to make the learners in high spirits and have competence to develop their interest in learning, they should try their best to organize some hands-on activities for students to do, combining a good method named “TPR” with English teaching.

A.Using songs. The value of using songs in the middle English classroom has been widely recognized. Both teachers and learners find songs interesting and relaxing. Using songs in class can often bring a change to the routine procedures of language presentation and practice.
B.Playing games.Game is brimming with vigor that has delight and competitiveness to the utmost. Halliwell points out one that “games are fun for children and are very useful and important for learning. It is not because they are fun. It is partly because fun elements create a desire to communicate and partly because games can create unpredictability.” Games can provide a meaningful context for activity and help develop both a positive classroom atmosphere and a more effective learning environment. They can also help students cognitive development; help them explore social behaviors and feelings; help them study in playing, as well as use in playing; help them change from passive study to active one and find out the why and wherefore.
C.Memory game.Generally speaking, it is easy to divert the students attention. Thus, if the teacher makes use of the students unconscious attention properly, cultivate them to develop conscious attention purposely, the students will remember the knowledge very well. It is the most important psychological factor to consolidate study.
Ⅲ.Conclusion
In view of modern students psychological features, a good English teacher should insist on student-centered teaching methodology. He must think hard and try his best to design properly and be good at employing every means of teaching according to the content of courses. So, the teacher needs to be versatile, having reasonably good pronunciation, intonation and the power of communicating with the language in oral; having the ability to sing and act, as well as good at acting out in dialogues; having the capacity to organize games and activities.
