华尔登广场开发项目是由长江/和记黄埔集团在上海实现的最精美的产品之一。 整个开发项目由一栋40层高的甲级办公楼（中心）和一个高端住宅项目组成，其中包括三栋住宅楼和四栋中层建筑。华尔登广场坐落于声名远播的徐汇区，周边有多家五星级酒店、甲级办公楼、大型购物商场，且离地铁一号线和二号线的车站非常近。

占地960,000平方米的中心大楼整栋外墙安装幕墙和窗户，保证了壮观的开阔视野，中心大楼以此为豪。办公楼装备了易于操作的活动地板，以满足复杂的地板空调系统要求，并允许灵活地布置光缆、导线。广场于2004年7月竣工，已然成为受到全球500强企业欢迎的办公场地。

The 96,000m2Center Tower boasts full-height curtain walls and windows to guarantee spectacular open views. The off ce tower is equipped with accessible raised f oors to accommodate a sophisticated under f oor air-conditioning system and enable a f exible layout and arrangement of optical cables or wires. The residential towers to the south of the site and low-rise apartment buildings to the north embrace a central multi-activity garden that creates a cheerful and exciting living environment.
