广东栅蚤蝇减数分裂染色体观察

摘要:已有的关于蚤蝇(Diplonevra peregrina)染色体核型的报道均为2n=6,同型性染色体。此次试验以精巢和卵巢组织为材料,采用空气干燥法制备染色体标本,首次对广东栅蚤蝇减数分裂染色体形态行为进行研究。结果表明,广东栅蚤蝇精、卵母细胞二倍体染色体数目均为2n=8,异型性染色体,为XY型性别决定;双线期性染色体清晰可见;终变期染色体形成尾尾相对的结构。

Observation on Meiotic Chromosomes of the Diplonevra peregrina (Wiedemann) (Diptera:Phoridae)

Abstract: The present reports of phorid karyotype showed that Phoridae had a diploid number of 6 chromosomes and homeotype sex chromosomes. Chromosome preparations were made from testis and ovary tissue of Diplonevra peregrina(Wiedemann)with air dry method. The morphological characteristics and behaviors of the chromosomes at various phases of meiotic were studied for the first time. The results showed that the spermatocytes and oocytes of D. peregrina had a diploid number of 8 chromosomes and XY heterotype sex chromosomes system. During the diplotene, sex chromosomes could be observed clearly. The chromosome morphology showed end to end configurations during the diakinesis.
