Zhengzhou University Cooperates with Haohua-Junhua Group Co. in Developing Clean Catalytic Oxidation Technology

The Zhengzhou University and the Haohua-Junhua Group Co., Ltd. will cooperate in development of clean catalytic oxidation technology. The benzene hydrogenation catalyst and process technology developed by the Industrial Catalysis Research Institute of the Chemistry and Molecular Engineering College, Zhengzhou University have been successfully applied at several domestic major enterprises. Zhengzhou University has been cooperating with the relevant enterprises in jointly establishing the first in the world green commercial-scale unit for production of adipic acid via oxidation by means of hydrogen peroxide to demonstrate its strong technical advantage in the area of research and development of catalysts and application of catalysis science and technology. The Haohua-Junhua Group Co., Ltd. possesses the Henan Provincial Coal Chemistry Engineering and Technology Center and a lot of invention patents and proprietary techniques with completely independent intellectual property rights which can serve as an evidence for its strong commercialization and engineering development capabilities.
