The Plan is not only targeted at the rare earth industry.According to the source, the Plan also proposes to increase new copper reserves in five years by 3 million to 5 million tons, tungsten by 200,000 to 300,000 tons, lithium by 100,000 tons, uranium by 20,000 tons, gold by 100 tons and coal by 400 million tons.
