在建于世纪之交的一系列建筑所构成的异质环境中，一座具有独立特性和形态同时又与环境互动的建筑诞生了。

这是一座带有内庭院的建筑，公寓部分位于建筑的转角附近，从庭院可以直接进入办公楼层。星型的绿色庭院使得位于角落的公寓获得良好的照明。楼梯间的对称布局令每一层都可以围绕核心筒布置2—3套公寓。地面层包含了一个购物区，开放的主楼梯直接通向庭院内散布的绿地，同时发挥着办公区域入口大厅以及停车场出入口的作用。环绕大楼设置的凉廊作为面向中庭的立面，成为了公寓前具有吸引力的过滤层。□（李璠译）

In the heterogeneous appearance of the surrounding building structure from the turn of the century a building is placed, whose character and morphology is independent as well as (re)acting contextually defined.

This building is a court type with apartments along the Corners and an office storey that is accessible from the courtyard. The star-shaped green courtyard makes an ideal illumination of the apartments in the corners possible. The symmetrical arrangement of the staircases makes it possible to provide each core with two or three apartments on each floor. The ground floor consists mainly of a Shopping area the open main staircase onto the green distribution area as an entrance hall to the apartments and offices, and of the entry/exit of the parking garage. The loggia belt arranged as a court facade represents the attractive filter layer in front of the apartments. □
