Client:How do I take the tablets？

顾客：这种药片怎么服？

Pharmacist:Please take 2 tablets each time,4 times a day.

药师：1次2片，1天4次。

Client:How do I take the buccal tablets？

顾客：这种含片怎么服？

Pharmacist:Please put one under your tongue,but don’t swallow it.

药师：请放在舌头底下，不要往下咽。

Client:How do I take themixture？

顾客：这种水剂药怎么服？

Pharmacist:Please suck on it.

药师：请喝下去。

Client:How do I take the pills？

顾客：这种丸药怎么服？

Pharmacist:Please dissolve one pill in water before taking it.药师：服前请将药丸放在水中溶化。

Client:How do I take the syrup？

顾客：这种糖浆怎么服？

Pharmacist:One teaspoonful,3 times a day.

药师：每天3次，每次一勺。

Client:How do I take the drugs？

顾客：这种药怎么服？

Pharmacist:One line（half a line）every time,3 times a day. Shake itwell before taking it.

药师：每天3次，每次一（半）格。服前先摇匀。

Client:How do I take the pain-killers？

顾客：这种镇痛药怎么服？

Pharmacist:Take 1 tablet of this pain-killer if you feel pain, but nomore than once every 4 hours.

药师：假如你感到疼痛，就服用1片止痛片，但每2次必须间隔4h以上。

Client:How do Iuse this suppository？

顾客：这种栓剂怎样用？

Pharmacist:Insert one into your anus（vagina）every night.

药师：每晚塞一个在肛门内（阴道内）。

Client:How do Iuse this adhesive？

顾客：这种膏药怎么使用？

Pharmacist:This is a special adhesive for releasing the pain. Apply it to the painful area and change it every 2 days.

药师：这些膏药是镇痛的，贴在疼痛部位，每2天更换1次。Client:How do Iuse this ointment？

顾客：这种药膏怎么使用？

Pharmacist:Apply some of the ointment,and spread it on the skin.

药师：取一些药膏，涂在患处皮肤上。

Client:How do Iuse this lotion？

顾客：这种洗剂怎么用？

Pharmacist:Rub this lotion on the area where it itches w ith this cotton swab.

药师：用棉签把它涂到痒处即可。

Client:How do Iuse this powder？

顾客：那这种药粉怎么用呢？

Pharmacist:Please dissolve the powder in hot water.Soak your hands（feet）in it for 20 m inutes,tw ice a day.

药师：把它溶化在热水里，把你的手（脚）浸在里面 20min，每天2次。

Client:How do Iuse the eye drop and ointment？

顾客：这种滴眼剂和眼药膏怎么用？

Pharmacist:Put the eye drop into your right eye 4～6 times a day,1 to 2 drops each time.Squeeze a bit of the ointment on your eyelid every night.

药师：把滴眼剂滴进你的右眼，每天4～6次，每次1～2滴。每晚挤一点眼药膏在你的眼皮里。

Client:How do Iapply the nasal drop？

顾客：这种滴鼻剂怎么使用？

Pharmacist:Bend your head back as far as possible and then drop some into the nostril.

药师：尽量把头往后仰，然后滴入鼻孔。

Client:How do Iapply the ear drop？

顾客：这滴耳剂怎么使用？

Pharmacist:Turn your head to the side.Put 1 to 2 drops into your ear.Press the tragus for a few seconds.

药师：把头侧过去，滴1～2滴至耳内，再按耳屏几秒钟。Client:How do I take these big pills？

顾客：这么大的药丸怎么吃？

Pharmacist:Chew and swallow the bits w ith water,or put one in water to dissolve it.Remove the wax before taking it.药师：咀嚼一下，并用水冲下，或者将药丸溶化在水里。服用之前去掉外面的蜡皮。

Client:How do I take（make）the herbalmedicine？

顾客：我怎样服（熬）中药呢？

Pharmacist:Put herbs into a pot.Add about 300 m L of cold water.Simmer gently for 20 m inutes.The amount left w ill be 40 to 50 m L.This is the first dose.Don’t throw the herbs

away.Do the same in the evening.That is the second dose. Take the first dose in themorning,the second in the evening. We can make the solution for you for six days.Take one bottle daily,half in themorning,and half in the evening.Please put them in the refrigerator or keep them in a very cool place.药师：把草药放进锅内。加入 300毫升冷水，用慢（文）火煎20分钟，余下约 40～50毫升。这是头煎，不要将药扔掉，仍照原法下午再煎一次，这是二煎。头煎早晨服，二煎晚上服。我们可以给你煎出六天的药，每天服一瓶，上午半瓶，下午半瓶。瓶子要放在冰箱里或是放在凉爽的地方。

Client:Should Iboil it before taking it？

顾客：每次服以前要将它煮开吗？

Pharmacist:No.Put it in a glass and warm it in a bow l of hotwater.

药师：不必，可以将药盛在玻璃杯里，将它放在一碗热水中加温。
