每一个生命来到世上都面临这样一个问题：活着是为了什么？是为了赚很多的钱呢？还是为了成为大家敬仰的名人呢？还是为了可以对别人颐指气使呢？读完这篇文章，你就会了解人生到底是什么了。

Life isn't about how many friends you have or how accepted you are.

Not about whether you have plans this weekend or whether you're alone.

It isn't about who your family is or how much money they have.

Or what kind of car you drive.

Or where you are sent to school.

It's not about how beautiful or ugly you are.

Not about what grades you get， how smart you are， how smart everybody else thinks you are， or how smart tests say you are.

LIFE JUST ISN'T.

But， life is about who you love and who you hurt.

It's about who you make happy or unhappy on purpose.

It's about what you say and mean， maybe hurtful， maybe heartening.

It's about what judgments you pass and why， and who your judgments go to.

But most of all， it's about using your life to touch or hurt other people's hearts in such a way that could have never occurred alone.

Only you choose the way those hearts are affected， and those choices are what life's all about.

人生

人生不在于你有多少朋友或有多受欢迎；

不在于这个周末你是否有安排或者你是孤身一人；

不在于你出身于什么样的家庭，或者你家是贫穷还是富有，你开什么车，到哪里去上学；

人生不在于你是长得美还是丑；

人生不在于你学习成绩的好坏，你有多么聪明，别人认为你有多么聪明，或智力测验证明你有多么聪明;

人生真地不是这样的。

然而，人生在于你爱谁和伤害了谁；

在于你有意给谁带来了快乐或悲伤；

在于你说出口的话是伤害他人的还是温暖他人的；

在于你做出什么样的判断和为什么如此判断，以及将你的判断说给什么样的人听。

但是最重要的是，人生在于你是用你的人生去感动他人的心灵，还是同时无法避免地给他人带来伤害。

如何影响这些心灵在于你的选择，而这些选择就是你人生的全部意义。（山东省青州市邵庄镇文登中学赵晖）
