建设创新城区

随着社会经济发展方式的转型，需要通过规划设计引导与推动城市探索各具特色的创新发展模式，充分发挥城市空间的主动性和能动性，立足新发展阶段，贯彻新发展理念，构建新发展格局，推动高质量发展。在新城建设中，可通过把握城市发展重大事件的机遇，整合城市自然、人文和建成环境的新老资源；建构低碳、绿色、人文的空间形态，实现空间环境品质提升；整合提升空间结构，以新城为触媒，梳理城市空间发展的整体秩序等策略，从自身优势领域发力，传承与发展城市文化，优化创新发展路径，塑造新时期城市空间特色结构。以下通过南京青奥核心区、苏州太湖新城、南京南部新城3 个案例，探讨在新时代背景下，打造和谐宜居、富有活力、各具特色的现代化创新型城区的多种可能性。□

With the transformation of the social and economic development pattern, it is necessary to guide and promote cities to explore innovative developing modes with different characteristics through planning and design, give full play to the initiative and mobility of urban space, base on the new developing stage, implement the new developing concept, build a new developing pattern, and promote high-quality development.In the construction of new cities, it is possible to integrate new and old resources of urban nature, humanities and built environment by grasping the opportunities of major events of urban development; construct low-carbon, green and humanistic spatial forms to realise the improvement of the quality of spatial environment; integrate and enhance spatial structure, and sort out strategies such as the overall order of the urban spatial development by using the new city as a catalyst; and make an effort in its own advantageous areas, inherit and develop urban culture, and optimise the path of innovative development, shape the characteristic structure of urban space in the new period.The following three case studies of Nanjing Youth Olympic Core Area,Suzhou Taihu New City and Nanjing Southern New City explore the possibilities of creating modern and innovative cities that are harmonious, liveable, dynamic and distinctive in the context of the new era.□
