上合组织副秘书长叶尔梅克巴耶夫来渝出席2023智博会

Nurlan Yermekbayev， Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization （SCO）， Attending the 2023 Smart China Expo

From September 3 to 5， Nurlan Yermekbayev， Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization （SCO）， and his delegation were invited to Chongqing to attend the Smart China Expo 2023. This visit marked his first visit to Chongqing.

While in Chongqing， Mr. Nurlan Yermekbayev attended the opening ceremony and summit of the Smart China Expo. He also had discussions with Li Mingquan， Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government， regarding enhancing cooperation between the SCO and Chongqing.

He noted that at the opening ceremony and the summit of the Expo， several speakers delivered inspiring speeches about digital technology and the smart industry， which has ignited his interest and attention towards smart technologies. SCO member states are increasingly focusing on cooperation in the field of digital technology. He expressed his willingness to enhance collaboration in emerging industries like new energy vehicles and smart technology， building on the already strong foundation of interaction between the SCO and Chongqing.

Besides， Mr. Nurlan Yermekbayev also took a visit to the China Three Gorges Museum in Chongqing， where he delved into Chongqing’s historical development and the progress of its social development.

9月3日至5日，上海合作组织副秘书长叶尔梅克巴耶夫一行应邀来渝出席2023中国国际智能产业博览会。

在渝期间，叶尔梅克巴耶夫出席智博会开幕式暨高峰会，并与重庆市政府外办副主任李明全就不断巩固丰富上合组织与重庆交往合作内涵等话题進行了工作交流。

叶尔梅克巴耶夫表示，2023智博会开幕式暨高峰会上，多位嘉宾围绕数字技术和智能产业所作的精彩发言，进一步激发了他对智能科技的关注与兴趣，上合组织国家日益重视数字技术领域合作，愿在上合组织与重庆已有的良好互动交往基础上，推动在新能源汽车、智能技术等更多新兴产业领域的交流合作。

此外，叶尔梅克巴耶夫还参访了重庆中国三峡博物馆，深入了解重庆历史沿革和社会建设发展概况。
