规矩

一定的标准、法则和习惯。“规”和“矩”原本分别是矫正圆形和方形的工具，后来衍生出标准、法则、习惯等含义。孟子“不以规矩，不能成方圆”的经典论述至今被视为告诫人们做人应端正老实、做事应谨遵标准的名言警句。在当代中国，人们认为法律是治国理政最重要的规矩。
