答 在使用o’clock时，人们通常要把数字写成单词（比如five），而不是阿拉伯数字（例如5）。所以你说的句子，写成第一种形式是对的。

２问     我看见一个句子：I don’t know how to answer her. 但我认为应该改为：I don’t know how to answer her question. 老师怎么看？

答 不必改。answer的賓语也可以是人。既可以说answer a person， 也可以说answer a question.

３问     请问老师，the number of... 后面接名词的时候，名词前是否需要加the？

答 不需要。例如：The number of students in my biology class is twenty. 此处students前不加the， 不要写成The number of the students in my biology class is twenty.

４问     我看到这样一段话：I get up at eight thirty at night. Then I eat breakfast at nine.请问在晚上九点吃早饭，是否符合逻辑？

答 breakfast可以理解为the meal you have in the morning（早上吃的那顿饭），但也可以解释为the first meal of the day（一天的第一餐）。所以，这个人晚上八点半起床，一天吃的第一餐虽然在晚上九点，用breakfast也是没有问题的。

另外，breakfast这个词由两部分组成，即break和fast。break是打破，但fast不是“快”，而是“禁食”“斋戒”。打破了一个晚上不吃饭的状态，自然是早饭了。
