Travel on the Sanshan Island

This Holiday， I go to Sanshan Island in Suzhou with my family. 三山岛因“一岛三峰相连”而闻名。It is also called “金龟山”。从地图上看，it really looks like a tortoise. Early in the morning， we take a boat to the island. Dad takes out a map. There are three red stars on it.這是爸爸标出的三处“探险点”。我们就要开启“探险之旅”啦！Boys and girls， are you ready？ Lets go！

Round 1：寻找生肖石

We ride bikes on the island. 爸爸说，只有找到和我属相一样的石头才算闯关成功。So I look everywhere carefully. 我的眼睛像探测器一样搜索着四周……Suddenly， I figure out the rat stone.“The rat stone！ The rat stone！” I shout excitedly. “The ox stone， the tiger stone， the rabbit stone， the Chinese dragon stone...”所有的石头都排得整整齐齐，有的躺，有的卧，有的坐，有的站……好像都在热情地欢迎我们呢。They are so strange and funny. 很快，I find my horse stone. It is drinking water！ How fun！ “太棒了，‘马到成功！”

Round 2：智取莲蓬籽

We come to a lotus（莲花）pond. So many pink lotus are dancing over the water. 我不禁想起了《江南》中的诗句：“江南可采莲，莲叶何田田……”OK！ Lets pick the lotus seed pod（莲蓬）！ 我卷起裤脚，说干就干。不过，你们以为我是赤脚踩在水中采莲蓬吗？Ha！ Of course not. We take a boat！ First， choose a big lotus seed pod. 然后，用钩子一把勾住。Last， pick it！ “I get it！” I laugh. Look at my lotus seed pod！ 它的样子像不像我们洗澡时用的莲蓬头？妈妈说：“还没有结束哦，取出莲子才算闯关成功呢。”Its so easy. 我剥掉那绿色的外衣，一颗白白胖胖的莲籽就出现啦！I cant wait to eat it. How yummy！Oh， yeah！ I succeed.

Round 3：勇闯一线天

After lunch， we go climbing. 当我们爬到山腰时，“一线天”出现了。It can only allow one person to pass through it. But Im not afraid. Im a brave explorer（探险者）！I must climb up step by step carefully. 我扶着湿滑的石壁，小心翼翼地闯过了“一线天”。My mum gives me a big thumb up. On the top， more fantastic scenes come to meet us.

这是一次充满趣味的探险旅程。 I like this trip so much. I hope to visit Sanshan Island next time.
