一、话题分析

本期以“运动”为主线，主要内容是谈论运动的好处和你最喜欢的运动。写作内容要谈论运动的重要性，在写作过程中要明确以下几点：

1.写出你最喜欢的运动；

2.说说你喜欢这项运动的原因，至少阐述三个原因；

3.结合话题内容，在写作过程中要大量运用课文中学过的有关运动的短语。写作时，以第一人称为主，并学会使用一般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时来表达。

As we know， sport plays an important part in our life. I am interested in sports and I do sports every day. Of all the sports， I like swimming most.  It is a healthy and popular sport. Swimming in the water is cool as well as exciting. Besides， swimming makes me healthy and brings me plenty of enjoyment.

I learned to swim when I was only 5 years old. Although I was a little nervous in the water at first， with the help of my parents and coach， I did a good job after several weeks. Now， I am very good at swimming. I go swimming once a week. Of course， I like watching this sport. My favorite swimmer is Fu Yuanhui. She always drives me crazy every time she appears on TV.

I believe there will be more and more people love swimming. So everybody can have a good time when going swimming.
