Top： The Yuanyang Terraced Fields in Yunnan province are cultivated by the Hani ethnic group and other residents of the Ailao Mountains. In 2013 the Honghe Hani Terrace featuring the Yuanyang Rice Fields was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Right： Apricots of “Apricot Valley” in Xinyuan county Xinjiang in full bloom in April. Covering an area of around 30，000 mu （approximately 20 square kilometers） the apricot forest has a history that can be traced to the 14th century.
