深圳市龙华区教科院附属外国语学校位于城中村外围,校园布局采用适应南方气候与高密度的邻里形态。顺应东西走向狭长的楔形场地,校园划分为西侧的运动区域及东侧的教学区域。两栋长条形双层教学楼沿边线非平行布置,不仅获得差异性的视觉乐趣,亦便于建造与管理。运动区设置有环形跑道及篮球场,并在朝向西侧沿河公共步道侧设有视线开口,让校园活力能向城市渗透。同样的,临近城中村的北侧围墙也采用了镂空设计,减少高起场地对城中村的压迫感,避免遮挡底层的采光,拉近与社区的关系。
新型易建学校集成了多种被动式节能策略。首先,双廊及架空设计回应了深圳湿热的亚热带地区气候,走廊外侧悬挂遮阳板,进一步减少室内夏季得热及飘雨问题。墙体采用模块化设计,整合了装修、保温、隔音、防火、防水和结构等各功能层,上下分段开设通风窗与房间四角的门协同形成良好的对流换气通路。
学校的建设探索了BIM工程信息化,设计中综合考虑制造与建造,集成关键加工和施工技术,将从设计到完工的工程周期压缩在4个半月内,造价也节省约25%。学校所有结构、围护构件都选用模块化的预制装配构件,利用BIM与全数字化自动加工组织规模生产,从而提升品质管控。搭建现场几乎没有焊接和湿作业,保证了施工现场井然有序、洁净低噪,最大限度降低对周边的扰动。
先进的建造技术帮助城市决策者和建设者以更多维的方式来提升土地利用效率,利用发展计划中尚未实现的时间空档改变空间的短期用途,提供灵活的城市运营可能。在满足阶段使用需求后,学校可维持原状不变,继续为其他改扩建学校提供场地,也可全部拆卸用于异地重新组建新校舍。□
The Foreign Language School Affiliated to Longhua Academy of Education and Science is located outside an urban village. The campus layout adapts to the southern climate and the high-density neighbourhood. Following the eastwest narrow and wedge-shaped site, the campus is divided into a sports area on the west side and a teaching area on the east side. Two long double-storey teaching buildings are arranged non-parallel along the side lines, which not only obtains different visual pleasure, but also facilitates construction and management. The sports area is equipped with a circular track and basketball court, and a sight opening is provided on the west side of the public walkway along the river, so that the vitality of the campus can penetrate into the city. Similarly, the north side wall near the village features a hollow- -out design, in order to reduce the oppressiveness of the raised site to the village, avoid blocking the daylighting to the ground floor, and bring it closer to the community.
The new easy-to-build school integrates a variety of passive energy-saving strategies. First of all, the double corridors and the overhead design of the roof and ground floor responds to Shenzhen's hot and humid subtropical climate.Moreover, sunshades are installed on the outside of the corridor to further reduce indoor heat and raindrop problems in summer. The wall adopts a modular design, integrating various functional layers such as decoration, heat insulation, sound insulation, fire prevention, waterproofing and structure. The upper and lower sections of the wall are well equipped with ventilation windows,forming a good convection and ventilation path in cooperation with the doors at the four corners.

This school explores the application of BIM(Building Information Modelling) in engineering.The design comprehensively considers manufacturing and construction, and integrates key processing and construction technologies.Taking advantage of BIM, the whole process from project initiation to completion is compressed to 4 and a half months, saving 25% of the budget compared toa conventional school project. All structures and enclosure components are modular prefabricated assembly components, which used BIM and fully digital automatic processing to organize large-scale production, thereby improving quality control.There are almost no welding and wet operations on the construction site, which guarantees an orderly, clean and low-noise construction site,minimizing disturbance to the surroundings.
Advanced construction technologies help urban policymakers and developers to improve land use efficiency in more multidimensional ways, changing the short-term use of space to take advantage of time gaps in development plans, and providing flexible urban operation possibilities. After meeting the current functional requirements, the school can remain its current state and continue to provide space for extensions, and can also be reassembled into new school buildings in a different location.□
