Tai Chi(太极拳) is a kind of martial art(武术) in China. In the past, people practiced(练习) Tai Chi for fighting. There are 13 basic forms(基本招式) in Tai Chi. It can help people become stronger and move faster.
Now it becomes a popular sport. There is no time limit(限制). People slowly exercise every part of their body. It is good for their hearts and memories(記忆力).
Zhang Sanfeng was the founder(创始人) of Tai Chi. He was a Taoist priest(道士) and lived in China about 700 years ago. One day, he watched a fight between a crane(鹤) and a snake. He learned from their moves.
We move without thinking. But in the slow movement(动作), we focus on(注意) our hands and feet. We can control(控制) them better.
Black and white are opposite(对立的). But we can see a white spot(点) in a black zone(区). And there is a black spot in the white zone. This sign(标志) tells us, there is no absolute(绝对的) good or bad.
