高职院校辅导员专业化发展方式研究

摘  要：随着时代的发展，我国已经进入社会经济飞速发展的阶段，专业人才的培养和输出对于国家的稳步发展有着极其重要的影响。高职院校作为培育社会应用型人才的重点领域，近些年来招生规模不断扩大，学生人数逐年增多。因此，学生的教育和管理工作越来越复杂、要求越来越高。辅导员作为管理和学生思想政治教育的主要力量，在对大学生进行组织、指导和政治思想教育中起到至关重要的作用。辅导员专业化是对辅导员在工作中具有足够的专业知识、专业技能和职业道德的基本要求。辅导员的专业化对高职院校的发展以及学生综合素质的养成极其重要。该文首先介绍了高职院校辅导员专业化发展现状，其次介绍了高职院校辅导员专业化发展的基本途径。

Research on the Professional Development Mode of counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： With the development of the times， my country has entered a stage of rapid social and economic development. The training and export of professional talents has an extremely important impact on the steady development of the country. As a key field for cultivating socially applied talents， vocational colleges have been expanding their enrollment scale and the number of students has increased year by year. Therefore， the education and management of students is becoming more and more complex and demanding. As the main force of management and ideological and political education of students， counselors play a vital role in organizing， guiding and ideological education of college students. The professionalization of counselors is the basic requirement for counselors to have sufficient professional knowledge， professional skills and professional ethics in their work. The professionalization of counselors is extremely important for the development of higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of students' comprehensive qualities. This article first introduces the status quo of professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges， and then introduces the basic ways of professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges.

1  高職院校辅导员专业化发展现状

1.1 辅导员专业素养不足

根据对各大高校以及高职院校的辅导员专业素养以及专业能力的调查发现，当前我国很多高职院校在辅导员的选拔过程中并没有严格的制度体系，导致辅导员的专业素养以及专业能力参差不齐。很多辅导员的学历较低、专业能力不足，缺乏标准的专业素养以及专业技能，在管理在校学生的过程中缺乏基本的经验和方法。从而致使学生管理以及政治思想教育工作不够完善，在一定程度上影响了高职院校的教育质量以及高职院校平稳、健康地进步和发展。例如：当前我国高职院校中有很多辅导员所修专业与代理班级专业不符，学历层次较低，辅导员需要具备的教育学、心理学、哲学、管理学等专业技能和素养不足，对所带学生的专业不够了解，无法全面透彻地了解学生、引导和教育学生[1]。从而造成与学生之间产生了一定的隔阂，影响了辅导员对学生的管理以及教育工作，也影响了对学生学习和生活的基本保障。
