大数据背景下统计学双创人才培养的教学改革

摘 要：伴随着我国建设创新型国家的进程，具有创新能力和创业实力的双创型人才成为教育培养的新目标。同时在大数据背景下，数据资源愈发凸显其重要性。作为研究数据的学科，统计学专业也面临新的要求和挑战。本文提出教学内容、方法、目标的“三新”教学改革思路，通过课内调整课程结构，引入项目驱动，优化教学内容，课外引入实践平台，系统培养学生统计思维能力，使其具备适应大数据时代的数据分析能力，使学生成为掌握大数据处理能力的应用型新型统计人才。

Abstract：With the process of building an innovative country in China，innovative and entrepreneurial talents become the new goal of education and training.At the same time，in the context of big data，data resources are becoming more and more important.As a subject of data research，statistics also faces new requirements and challenges.This paper puts forward the"3novel"teaching reform ideas of teaching contents，methods and objectives.By adjusting the curriculum structure in class，introducing project driven，optimizing the teaching content，and introducing practice platform after class，students' ability in statistical thinking is systematically cultivated，so that they can adapt to the era of big data analysis.Through our efforts，the students will become the applicationoriented new statistical talents who master the ability of big data processing.

1 背景

十九大以來，我国建设创新型国家的进程在不断推进，为了适应这一进程，地方本科高校在人才培养的目标上随之调整。要推进产教融合、校企合作，培养更多高技能人才，因此培养具有创新和创业能力的“双创型”新型应用人才成为高等教育的主要任务。

当前随着互联网技术的发展，世界已经进入爆发式海量数据的大数据时代。大数据已经作为重要的因素渗透到各个行业和领域中。很多国家和企业已经视大数据为最重要的财富之一。越来越多的国家和企业把获取并准确应用大数据作为制定决策的重要依据。大数据具有规模大，结构复杂，数据变化快，数据信息分析复杂等特点。这些新特点要求必须使用更科学的方法对日益复杂的数据进行收集和处理，从而揭示数据后的规律和内涵。大数据背景下，相关人才缺口凸显，统计专业作为数据科学的基础，面临机遇的同时也迎来了更大的挑战，统计人才在数据分析和处理能力都面临更高的要求。

如何结合时代的新发展，社会的新要求，培养出适应新形势下的合格统计人才？亟须对已有的课程体系、教学方法等进行科学的创新与改进。
