罗平黄山羊体尺性状与屠宰性能相关性分析

摘要 以30只35周齡罗平黄山羊(公羊15只、母羊15只)为研究对象,分别测定其体重、屠宰性能以及各体尺性状,并分析各测定指标间的相关性。结果显示:35周龄罗平黄山羊公羊平均体重43.57 kg、母羊38.93 kg,公羊宰前活重极显著大于母羊( P< 0.01),公羊的体高、体长、胸围、胸宽、胸深及管围均显著大于母羊( P< 0.05)。公羊体尺性状与体重中有11对性状呈极显著正相关( P< 0.01),母羊中有3对性状呈极显著正相关( P< 0.01),还有4对性状呈显著正相关( P< 0.05)。公羊胴体重、净肉重、屠宰率均极显著高于母羊( P< 0.01),母羊骨肉比极显著高于公羊( P< 0.01)。公羊体高、体长、胸围、管围与骨肉比呈极显著负相关( P< 0.01),与屠宰率呈极显著正相关( P< 0.01)。母羊腰部出肉率与体高、体长和胸宽呈显著正相关( P< 0.05)。后腿出肉率与体高呈极显著正相关( P< 0.01),而与体长、胸围、胸宽呈显著负相关( P< 0.05)。母羊屠宰率与体高呈显著负相关( P< 0.05),与胸宽呈极显著负相关( P< 0.01)。综上所述,35周龄罗平黄山羊公羊、母羊在体重、体尺性状和屠宰性能方面存在显著差异,可为罗平黄山羊肉用性状的选育与提高提供参考依据。

Analysis of the Correlation between the Body Size Traits and Slaughter Performance of Luoping Yellow Goat

Abstract Taking 30 35-week-old Luoping Yellow Goats (15 male and 15 female) as research objects,their body weight,slaughter performance and body size traits were measured,and the correlation among the indices was analyzed.The results showed that the average body weight of male and female goats were 43.57 and 38.93 kg respectively.The live weight before slaughter of male goats was significantly higher than that of female goats ( P< 0.01).The body height,body length,chest circumference,chest width,chest depth and tube circumference of male goats were significantly larger than female goats ( P< 0.05).11 pairs of body size traits were significantly positively correlated with the body weight ( P< 0.01) in male goats.Otherwise,3 pairs of body size traits in female goats were significantly positively correlated with the body weight ( P< 0.01),and 4 pairs of traits were significantly positively correlated with the body weight ( P< 0.05).The carcass weight,meat percentage and dressing percentage of male goats were significantly higher than those of female goats ( P< 0.01), the ratio of bone to meat in female goats was significantly higher than that of male goats.The body height,body length,chest circumference and tube circumference of male goats were significantly negatively correlated with the ratio of bone to meat ( P< 0.01),they were significantly positively correlated with the dressing percentage ( P< 0.01). The yield of meat in waist of female goats was significantly positively correlated with body height,body length and chest width ( P< 0.05).The meat yield of hind legs was significantly positively correlated with body height ( P< 0.01), and it was significantly negatively correlated with body length,chest circumference and chest width ( P< 0.05).The dressing percentage of female goats was significantly negatively correlated with body height ( P< 0.05) and it was extremely significantly negatively correlated with breast width ( P< 0.01).The above results showed that there were significant differences in body weight and slaughter performance of 35-month-old Luoping Yellow Goat between male goats and female goats,which could provide theoretical basis for the selection and improvement of meat traits of Luoping Yellow Goat.
