1. 【句型回顾】But why don’t you forget about it so that you can be friends again？ 但是你為什么不把它忘掉，这样你们就能再次成为朋友了吗？

【解析】1）表示建议的句型：shall we + 动词原形 + ...？why not + 动词原形+...？why don’t you + 动词原形 + ...？Would you like + to + 动词原形 + ...？What / How about + 动词的ing形式 + ...？例：

Shall we go for a walk？ 我们去散步好吗？ =How/What about going for a walk？ 你认为我们去散步怎么样？

Why don’t you watch the exciting ping-pong game tonight？

你们今晚为什么不看激动人心的乒乓球比赛呢？

Would you like to do the housework now？ 你现在想做家务吗？

2）①so that引导目的状语从句时，表示“以便，为了”。 so that= in order that。例：

You must speak louder so that /in order that you can be heard by all.

大声说，以便大家都能听到你的声音。

The little boy got up early so that he could catch an early bus to school.

这个小男孩起得很早，以便能赶上早班车去上学。

② so...that用于以下四个句型：

A：so + 形容词/副词 + that...

B：so + 形容词 + a/an + 单数可数名词 + that...

C：so + many（多） / few（少） + 复数可数名词 + that...

D：so + much（多） /little（少） + 不可数名词 + that...

This teacher is so kind that we all like him. 这位老师很好，我们都喜欢他。

He has so many books that he can’t read them in a month.

他有这么多的书，他一个月都读不完。

2. 【句型回顾】Although she’s wrong， it’s not a big deal. 虽然她错了，但是这没有什么大不了的。

【解析】though， although， even if， even though等，一般翻译为“虽然……”“尽管……”或“即使……”。though， although表示“虽然，纵然”之意时，这两个词在一般情况下可以互换使用，但切记不可与but连用。例：

Although/Though he was tired， he kept on working. 虽然他已经累了，但仍然继续工作。

We’ll go a trip to Beijing even if/though the weather is bad.

即使天气差， 我们也要去北京旅行。

【解析】not...until... 表示“直到……才……”，当until前面的主句是一般将来时，until后面的从句不能用将来时，应用一般现在时。例：I won’t come back until my mum comes here. 直到我妈妈来了我才回来。
