领事官员盛赞石柱:人文底蕴厚重，生态环境良好，康养产业大有可为

7月18日至20日，埃塞俄比亚驻重庆总领事安特能、菲律宾驻重庆总领事玛友、柬埔寨驻重庆领事洪帕倪等应邀出席由民革中央、重庆市政协主办，中国中药协会协办的中国·重庆（石柱）第五届康养大会，并深度体验石柱土家族自治县厚重的历史人文、秀美的自然风光和优良的生态环境，近距离感知石柱县康养产业发展。

7月19日，石柱县委副书记、代理县长郭小萍会见领事官员一行。郭小萍代表石柱县委、县政府对各位嘉宾表示欢迎，并介绍石柱县基本情况、中国·重庆（石柱）第五届康养大会有关情况，表达了对未来交往合作的愿景。她表示，希望通过此次会面，进一步加强与各国领事机构的联系与沟通，促进石柱与相关国家在康养产业发展、招商引资、友城结好等领域的深度合作。

领事官员一致表示，石柱是一个非常美丽的地方，充满发展潜力，期待未来与石柱在产业发展、友城结好等方面加强交流合作。

7月20日，领事官员一行出席中国·重庆（石柱）第五届康养大会开幕式。活动现场，通报了石柱康养产业发展情况;正式發布《石柱黄连产业白皮书》;举行了“西沱古镇国家4A级旅游景区”“中国康养产业可持续发展能力百强县”授牌仪式;石柱县现场签约9个康养产业项目，总投资110.3亿元，涉及文旅、基础设施建设等方面。

在石柱期间，领事官员一行还先后考察万寿山、千野草场和太阳湖，并观看了大型土家族歌舞剧《天上黄水》。领事官员们盛赞石柱人文底蕴厚重，生态良好，康养产业大有可为。

“此次参访让我领略到了石柱壮美的自然风光和丰富的历史文化。在万寿山，我看到了男女石柱，了解到‘石柱这个名字的由来，令我印象非常深刻。”安特能说，石柱县委、县政府和当地人民把石柱建设得非常好，发展成果令人赞叹。“这次参访对我来说也是一次很好的学习之旅，在此过程中，我看到了如何把发展和保护自然结合到一起，使自然风光和基础设施建设的相得益彰。”

“在万寿古寨，我了解到石柱的历史文化，欣赏了土家族歌手演唱《太阳出来喜洋洋》;在千野草场，领略了奇特的自然景观和秀美风光。”玛友对石柱赞不绝口。她表示，此次参访令她获益良多，尤其是秦良玉的故事给她留下了深刻的印象，秦良玉是所有女性的榜样，她的勇气和智慧值得世界女性学习。

From July 18th to 20th， Anteneh Tariku， Ethiopian Consul General in Chongqing， Flerida Mayo， Philippine Consul General in Chongqing， Hun Phanith+， Cambodian Consul in Chongqing etc. were invited to attend the 5th China Health and Senior Care Conference， Shizhu， Chongqing， organized by the Central Committee of the Democratic Revolutionary Party and CPPCC Chongqing and co-organized by China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and deeply experienced Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County's profound history and culture， breathtaking natural scenery and superior ecological environment， as well as learnt about the development of Shizhu County's health and wellness industry at a close distance.

On July 19， Guo Xiaoping， deputy secretary of the CPC Shizhu County Committee and acting county mayor， met with the consular officials. On behalf of CPC Shizhu County Committee and the county government， Guo Xiaoping welcomed the guests， introduced the basic profile of Shizhu County， relevant facts and figures about the 5th China Health and Senior Care Conference， Shizhu， Chongqing， and expressed her vision for future exchanges and cooperation. She expressed the hope that through this meeting， the ties and communication with consular agencies of various countries will be further strengthened， and the in-depth cooperation between Shizhu and relevant countries in the development of health and wellness industry， investment promotion， friendship cities and other fields will be promoted.

Consular officials unanimously agreed that Shizhu is a picturesque place full of development potential， and they look forward to fortifying exchanges and cooperation with Shizhu in terms of industrial development and friendship cities in the future.

On July 20， consular officials attended the opening ceremony of the 5th China Health and Senior Care Conference， Shizhu， Chongqing. At the conference site， the development update of the Shizhu health and wellness industry was notified; the White Paper on Shizhu's Coptis Chinesis Industry was officially released; the award ceremony of the "National 4A-level Tourist Attraction of Xituo Ancient Town" and the "Top 100 Counties with Sustainable Development Capacity of the Health and Wellness Industry in China" was held; Shizhu County signed 9 health and wellness industry projects with a total investment of 11.03 billion yuan， involving aspects such as cultural tourism and infrastructure construction.

During their stay in Shizhu， the consular officials also visited Wanshou Mountain， Qianye Prairie and Sun Lake successively， and watched the large-scale Tujia song and dance drama Yellow Water in the Sky. The consular officials commended Shizhu's rich cultural heritage， superior ecology， and promising health and wellness industry.

"This visit gave me a touch of the spectacular natural scenery and rich history and culture of Shizhu. In Wanshou Mountain， I saw the male and female stone pillars and learned the origin of the name 'Shizhu （stone pillars）'， which impressed me deeply. "Anteneh Tariku said that the CPC Shizhu County Committee， the county government and the local people have built the Shizhu very well， and the development results are simply amazing. "This visit is also a good learning trip for me. In the process， I saw how to combine development and nature protection， so that natural scenery and infrastructure construction complement each other."

"In Wanshou Ancient Village， I learned about the history and culture of Shizhu， and watched Tujia singers sing The Sun Shines Joyously; at Qianye Prairie， I experienced the distinctive natural landscape and beautiful scenery." Mayo couldn't stop her praises for Shizhu. She said that this visit has benefited her a lot， especially Qin Liangyu's story left a deep impression on her. Qin Liangyu serves a role model for all women in the world for she exhibited great courage and wisdom.
