“重庆好礼” 向世界发送的名片

7月9日至11日,由重庆市文化和旅游发展委员会、重庆市人民政府外事办公室、重庆市荣昌区人民政府联合主办的2021“重庆好礼”旅游商品(文创产品)大赛暨外事礼品征集活动在荣昌区人民广场举行。来自全市各区县以及四川宜宾、自贡、泸州、内江等地共45个市、区、县参加了大赛和展示展销活动。

本次活动以“创意赋能·品质兴旅”为主题,大赛共收到参赛参展旅游商品(文创产品)共19类、500余套、1000余件,创意十足、品质卓越。作品评审坚持以“地域性、品牌性、实用性、创新性、市场性、工艺性、示范性”等标准,评选出璧山兔丁,荣昌陶、夏布银饰,九龙坡天香,永川云岭牌秀芽,丰都麻辣鸡块,武隆七彩陶,酉阳“韵”牌竹编工艺品,长寿竹编画、瓷胎,奉节白茶等“重庆好礼”旅游商品(文创产品)金奖10个、银奖20个、铜奖50个,入选重庆外事礼品80件。

颁奖典礼暨外事礼品命名授牌活动上,市政府外办党组成员、副主任张娅茜致辞表示,在推动我市国际化交往过程中,离不开外事礼品的支持和助阵。自2020首届“重庆好礼”外事礼品征集评选活动启动以来,得到了社会各界人士的广泛关注和积极参与。截至目前,去年成功入选的80余种外事礼品中,以国家领导、市领导个人或单位名义,累计送出了包括荣昌陶、城口山神漆器、巴南银针、沙磁乱针绣等在内的礼品400余件,足迹遍及欧亚非拉30多个国家和地区。

张娅茜介绍,不论老挝驻华大使、荷兰驻华大使,还是哥伦比亚驻华大使、智利驻华大使,以及上合组织副秘书长、东盟十国外交部长,每一位外宾都对我们的外事礼品给予高度赞赏,并十分珍视其背后所传递的价值追求。外事礼品已成为我们国际交往的桥梁和见证,承载着重庆独特的文化魅力,饱含着重庆人民的友好情谊,走出国门、走向世界,讲述重庆故事,讲述中国故事。

市文化旅游委党委书记、主任刘旗表示,“旅游購物已经成为推动旅游市场复苏、拉动旅游消费的重要力量。2020年全市旅游商品的零售值达到了273.4亿元,同比恢复到2019年的99.4%。游客花费的抽样调查显示,2019年国内来渝的游客人均购物的花费668元,入境来渝的游客人均购物花费达到2386元。下一步,市文化旅游委将坚持文化为魂,挖掘文化内涵,把握正确导向,积极转化利用重庆特色物产资源和特有文化资源,全面推进“创意下乡”“创意进景区”工作,推进文化文物单位文化创意产品开发,创作更多有文化品位、重庆特色的旅游商品。

日本驻重庆总领事渡边信之夫人渡边美绪,白俄罗斯驻重庆总领事馆代理馆长德米特里夫人维罗妮卡,英国商会代表、皇冠假日酒店总经理莎伦受邀担任本届“重庆好礼”外事礼品评委。渡边美绪表示通过参加此次活动,看到了许多具有重庆特色的文化产品,参赛的陶瓷、刺绣等手工艺品让她印象深刻。她认为外事礼品应该便于携带,就像一张向世界发送的名片,通过一件礼品,不仅有助于促进两国文化交流,还向世界的朋友展现重庆文化产业特色,传递中国传统文化理念。

此次大赛评委专家、中国旅游协会旅游商品与装备分会秘书长陈斌表示,在这次大赛中看到了一大批新功能、新结构、新造型、新口味的产品,此次参赛商品都有商标,从知识产权来讲,重庆做得最好。

活动期间,2021“重庆好礼”旅游商品文创产品展同步启动,展会设置展位260个,展区面积1万余平方米。同时,还组织参展商家,将“重庆好礼”系列产品通过“惠游重庆”“重庆文化旅游精品馆”淘宝店等平台进行宣传展示,邀请带货主播在现场进行直播带货售卖,实现以展促销。

From July 9 to 11, co-hosted by Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism, Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and the People's Government of Rongchang District, Chongqing, 2021 "Chongqing Gifts" Tourism Commodities (Cultural and Creative Products) Competition and Foreign Affairs Gift Solicitation kicked off in the People's Square, Rongchang District. A total of 45 cities, districts and counties from all districts and counties of Chongqing and Yibin, Zigong, Luzhou, Neijiang and other places in Sichuan participated in the competition and exhibition activities.

Themed "Creative Enabling · Quality Tourism", the competition received a total of 19 categories, 500-odd and 1000-plus participating tourism commodities (cultural and creative products), which are full of creativity and exceptional quality. Adhering to the yardstick of "regionality, brand, practicability, innovation, market, craftsmanship and demonstration", the judges selected 80 gifts, namely 10 gold awards, 20 silver awards and 50 bronze awards of "Chongqing Gifts" Tourism Commodities (Cultural and Creative Products), such as Bishan diced rabbit, Rongchang pottery, summer cloth and silver jewelry, Jiulongpo incense, Yongchuan Yunling Xiuya, Fengdu spicy chicken, Wulong colorful pottery, Youyang "Yun" bamboo crafts, Changshou bamboo paintings and porcelain bodies, Fengjie white tea etc., as the foreign affairs gifts of Chongqing.

At the award ceremony and the naming and awarding events of foreign affairs gifts, Zhang Yaxi, member of the Party leadership group and deputy director general of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, said that in promoting the international exchanges of the city, the support and assistance of foreign affairs gifts are essential. Since the launch of the first "Chongqing Gifts" foreign affairs gift solicitation and evaluation campaign in 2020, it has received extensive attention and active participation of people from all walks of life. Up to now, among the 80-plus kinds of foreign affairs gifts successfully shortlisted last year, over 400 gifts including Rongchang pottery, Chengkou Shanshen lacquerware, Banan silver needle, Shapingba &Ciqikou irregular embroidery technique, etc. have been given in the name of national and municipal leaders, individuals or units to more than 30 countries and regions in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

According to Zhang Yaxi's introduction, every foreign guest, such as the Lao ambassador to China, the Dutch ambassador to China, the Colombian ambassador to China and the Chilean ambassador to China, as well as the Deputy Secretary General of the SCO and the foreign ministers of the ten ASEAN countries, highly appreciated the city's foreign affairs gifts and held dear the value pursuit behind them. Foreign affairs gifts have become the bridge and testimonial for our international exchanges, for they carry the unique cultural charm of Chongqing, incorporate the friendship of its people on its journey to the world, and tell the story of Chongqing and China.

Liu Qi, Party secretary and director of Chongqing Municipal Culture and Tourism Commission, said, "tourism shopping has become an important force to promote the recovery of the tourism market and stimulate tourism consumption. In 2020, the retail value of tourism commodities in the city reached 27.34 billion yuan, a year-on-year recovery of 99.4% in 2019. According to the sample survey of tourist spending, in 2019, the per capita shopping spending of domestic tourists in Chongqing stood at 668 yuan, and the per capita shopping spending of inbound tourists in Chongqing totaled 2,386 yuan. Next, the Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism will highlight culture, explore cultural connotation, ensure the correct orientation, actively transform and utilize Chongqing's characteristic product resources and unique cultural resources, comprehensively advance the work of "creativity in the countryside" and "creativity in scenic spots", galvanize the development of cultural and creative products by cultural and relics units, and create more tourism commodities with cultural taste and Chongqing characteristics.

Mio, spouse of Nobuyuki Watanabe, Consul General of Japan in Chongqing, Veronika Emelyanova, spouse of Dmitry Emelyanov, acting director of the Consulate General of Belarus in Chongqing, and Sharon Fraser, representative of the British Chamber of Commerce and general manager of Crowne Plaza Hotel, were invited as the judges of foreign affairs gifts of this "Chongqing Gift" selection. Mio Watanabe said that by participating in this campaign, she saw many cultural products with Chongqing characteristics and was deeply impressed by the participating handicrafts such as ceramics and embroidery. She believed that foreign affairs gifts should be portable as a business card to the world. A gift will not only help promote cultural exchanges between the two countries, but also showcase the characteristics of Chongqing's cultural industry to friends around the world and convey traditional Chinese cultural ideas.

Chen Bin, a judge expert of the competition and secretary general of China tourism Commodity and Equipment Association, said that a large number of products with new functions, new structures, new styling and new tastes were on display in the competition. All participating commodities carry trademarks, indicating that Chongqing has done the best in terms of intellectual property rights.

During the campaign, 2021 "Chongqing Gifts" Tourism Commodity and Cultural and Creative Products Exhibition was rolled out simultaneously, with 260 booths and an exhibition area of over 10,000 square meters. At the same time, exhibitors were also organized to publicize and display the "Chongqing Gifts" series products through platforms such as "Huiyou Chongqing", "Chongqing cultural tourism boutique shop" in Taobao, and invite livestreamers to sell goods on site via livestreaming to realize sales promotion via exhibition.
