市级机关妇委会干部开展党史学习教育

為深入开展党史学习教育，7月29日，市直机关妇工委、市直机关妇女工作第五协作组、市政府外办妇委会在外事大楼联合举办“交流重庆外事工作、了解外交红色历史”党史学习教育。市委直属机关工委、市妇联以及52家市级机关妇委会干部参加活动。

市政府外办党组成员、机关党委书记、二级巡视员王广成在致辞中表示，外事女干部是窗口中的窗口，市政府外办女干部人数占比52%，在我市对外交流与合作中发挥着重要作用，外事的“巾帼标兵”真正撑起了“半边天”。他祝愿，市级机关女干部以更加自信的姿态、更加饱满的精神，在新时代的广阔舞台上，绽放出属于自己的芳华。

会上，市政府外办范青、王冰丹等6人先后围绕外国领馆与重庆、外事礼宾礼仪、担任重大外事活动联络员的工作体会、百年党史下外交工作的发展、中共中央南方局外事组历史“重庆——新中国外交的摇篮”、外事翻译体会作了精彩分享。

会前，还组织大家参观外事大楼，了解外事大楼的建筑文化、外事活动区布置及配套设施、外事赠礼、友好城市陈列展，现场调研外事服务窗口等。

通过本次活动，大家对各国驻渝领事机构、外交红色故事、外事礼宾礼仪、重庆外事工作有了全新的认识，了解到市政府外办为重庆对外开放发挥了重要桥梁纽带作用，纷纷表示举办此次活动很有意义，受益匪浅。

In order to in-depth learning and education of Party history， on July 29， the Municipal Womens Work Committee， the Fifth Coordinating Group for Womens Work in Municipal Offices， and the Womens Committee of the Municipal Governments Foreign Affairs Office jointly organized the Party history learning and education of “Exchanging Chongqings Foreign Affairs Work and Understanding the Red History of Diplomacy” at the Foreign Affairs Building. Cadres from the working committee of the CPC Chongqing Committee， the Municipal Womens Federation， and 52 municipal-level government womens committees participated in the event.

Wang Guangcheng， member of the Party leadership group of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， secretary of the government Party Committee， and level-II inspector， said in his speech that female foreign affairs cadres are the "windows in the window"， and the number of female cadres in the Foreign Affairs Office accounted for 52% of all cadres. In the citys foreign exchanges and cooperation， they play a pivotal role， and the "female pacesetters" of foreign affairs truly support "half the sky." He wished that the female cadres of the municipal-level organs， with a more confident posture and higher rapport， will celebrate their prime time on the broad stage of the new era.

At the meeting， six persons including Fan Qing and Wang Bingdan of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government successively shared on topics such as foreign consulates and Chongqing， foreign affairs protocol and etiquette， working experience as liaison officers for major foreign affairs activities， development of diplomatic work against the backdrop of 100-year Party history， and foreign affairs group history of the Southern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee "Chongqing： The cradle of New China's Diplomacy" and foreign affairs translation experience.

Before the meeting， participants were organized to visit the Foreign Affairs Building， learn about the architectural culture of the Foreign Affairs Building， the layout and supporting facilities of the foreign affairs activity area， foreign affairs gifting， friendly city exhibitions， and survey foreign affairs service windows on site.

Through this event， participants have refreshed their understanding of  consular agencies of various countries in Chongqing， red diplomatic stories， foreign affairs etiquettes and Chongqing's foreign affairs work. Having learned the key bridge and link role of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government for the city's opening up， they invariably lauded this event as highly meaningful and rewarding.
