渝桂外事共谋服务西部陆海新通道建设

為探索新形势下如何利用外事资源积极服务国家战略，助推渝桂两地外事合作迈上新台阶，3月29日至31日，市政府外办党组成员、副主任王雯率队赴广西学习调研。

王雯一行与广西自治区外办、自治区发改委举行工作座谈。双方一致认为，重庆、广西两地外办应互为援引，充分发挥西部陆海新通道和中国—东盟合作机制的示范带动效应，并建立完善常态化外事合作机制，加强顶层统筹谋划，形成渝桂两地整体推进、协作联动、共建共享的对外交往新格局。

调研期间，王雯一行赴广西自由贸易试验区钦州港片区考察调研，了解钦州港片区与东盟国家开展合作和西部陆海新通道建设情况。此外，还考察了中新南宁国际物流园，实地了解中新智慧园等项目的有关发展建设情况。

广西自治区外办东盟处、南宁市外办、钦州市外办相关负责人，重庆市政府外办亚洲处、新闻处相关人员参与调研。

In order to explore how to use foreign affairs resources to actively serve the national strategy under the new circumstance and bring the foreign affairs cooperation between Chongqing and Guangxi to a new height， from March 29 to 31， Wang Wen， member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director general of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， led a team to survey in Guangxi.

Wang Wen and her team held a working talk with the Foreign Affairs Office and Development and Reform Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The two sides agreed that the Foreign Affairs Offices of Chongqing and Guangxi should support each other， give full play to the demonstration and rippling effect of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and the China-ASEAN cooperation mechanism， establish and improve the normalized foreign affairs cooperation mechanism， strengthen the top-level overall planning so as to form a new pattern of foreign exchanges in promoting， cooperating and jointly building and sharing the two regions between Chongqing and Guangxi.

During the survey， Wang Wen and her team went to Qinzhou Port Area of China （Guangxi） Pilot Free Trade Zone to survey and learn about the cooperation between Qinzhou Port Area and ASEAN countries and the construction of New Western Land-Sea Corridor. In addition， they also visited China-Singapore Nanning International Logistics Park （CSILP） to learn about the development and construction of China-Singapore International Smart Industrial Park and other projects.

Relevant heads of ASEAN Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Guangxi Autonomous Region， Foreign Affairs Office of Nanning City and Foreign Affairs Office of Qinzhou City， and relevant heads of Asia Division and Information Division of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government participated in this survey.
