What do you think about honey？ Honey is sweet. It is very sticky（粘的）. In fact， honey is also very amazing. If you store（儲存） pure（纯的） honey the right way， it doesnt go bad for a long time. How old is the oldest honey？ It is more than 5，000 years old！

Honey doesnt have much water in it. Very few bacteria（细菌） can live in honey. It is too dry for them to live.

The honey itself can kill bacteria. Any bacteria want to grow inside？ No way！

Water can get in the honey if you dont store it the right way. You must keep honey in a closed（密闭的） and dry（干燥的） bottle. The honey will go bad if you dont do this.
