电动汽车二次回路热泵空调系统制冷剂充注量研究

摘 要:新能源汽车热泵空调技术近些年得到了迅速的发展,系统优化也引起了广泛的重视。传统的充注量测定实验周期长且浪费资源,应用充注量理论模型可以较为合理得计算出临界充注量,加速系统性能的研究和产品开发。本文针对某电动汽车用二次回路热泵空调系统进行了实验和理论的充注量研究。结果表明,实验台架得出系统的临界充注量,与Hughmark模型得出的理論计算结果最接近,制冷模式比制热模式的理论计算结果更为准确。

Research on Refrigerant Charge of Electric Vehicle Secondary Circuit Heat Pump Air Conditioning System

Abstract:Heat pump air conditioning technology for new energy vehicles has been rapidly developed in recent years, and system optimization has also attracted widespread attention. The traditional charging amount determination experiment has a long period and wastes resources. The application of the charging amount theoretical model can calculate the critical charging amount reasonably and accelerate the research of system performance and product development. In this paper, an experimental and theoretical charge volume study is carried out for a secondary loop heat pump air conditioning system for an electric vehicle. The results show that the critical charge amount of the system obtained by the experimental bench is the closest to the theoretical calculation result obtained by the Hughmark model, and the theoretical calculation result of the cooling mode is more accurate than that of the heating mode.
