开启“十四五”奋进新征程

“十四五”時期是中国全面建成小康社会、实现第一个百年奋斗目标之后，乘势而上开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的第一个五年。

“十四五”时期更是青岛以更高水平“搞活一座城”、加快建设现代化国际大都市的关键时期。展望未来，青岛将高水平基本实现社会主义现代化，建成具有较强影响力的开放、现代、活力、时尚的国际大都市，培育国家中心城市核心竞争力，以全球海洋中心城市昂首挺进世界城市体系前列。

“The 14th Five-Year Plan” period is the first five-year for China to embark on the new journey of fully building a modern socialist country and march towards the second centenary goal after China has built a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieved the first centenary goal.

“The 14th Five-Year Plan” period is also a key period for Qingdao to“invigorate the city” at a higher level and build a modern international metropolis. Going forward， Qingdao will basically realize socialist modernization at a higher level， build an open， modern， dynamic and fashionable cosmopolitan city with strong influence， cultivate the core competitiveness of the national center city， and advance into the forefront of the world urban system as a global maritime center city.
