Abstract: With the rapid development of modern information technology, the Internet has fully penetrated into social and economic life, which has become the “biggest variable” faced by the Communist Party of China in its long-term governance. Therefore, in recent years, the Communist Party of China has paid more attention to the comprehensive governance of the network. The basic idea of the Communist Party of China is to take the people as the center and govern according to law. The specific methods include strengthening the organization and leadership, relying on the people, attaching importance to the application of new technologies, and controlling the core and key nodes. Only in this way can the leadership of the Communist Party of China be fully embodied in network governance.

Abstract:To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and consolidate the long-term ruling position of the party, and to achieve this, it is closely related to the discipline construction of the party. Party discipline is the rules of conduct that the party organizations and all party members must abide by, and it is the guarantee of maintaining the unity of the party and completing the party’s tasks. Discipline construction is the essential attribute and fundamental requirement of the proletarian party. As an important part of the party’s construction, the party’s discipline construction is a theoretical and practical activity guided by the Marxist theory of the party and regulated by the inner-party laws and regulations at all levels of the party’s organizations and the behavior of all party members. It aims to ensure that the whole party is highly unified in ideology, politics and action, and ensure the smooth completion of the party’s tasks. Since its establishment, the discipline construction of our party has experienced four stages: germination exploration, twists and turns, recovery and development, and comprehensive promotion. It has achieved great achievements and gained valuable experience. That is, to promote discipline construction, we should adhere to the basic principles, constantly enrich forms and contents, complement each other with system reform, integrate with system construction, and complement the rule of law construction.

Abstract:Zhu Zi’s hermeneutics is developed systematically under the framework of “universality and particularity”. Zhu Xi believes that “the truth of things” is the principle of all things, the basis for the existence of all things, and the concrete presentation of all things after sharin “universality”. “The truth in books” is the principle of the text, which is the load of the classics on the principle of all things. It is reflected in the context and meaning of the text structure, as well as the meaning contained in the sages’ words and sentences. In the text interpretation,“the truth of things” and “the truth in books” must be interrelated and unified. The final effect is that the understanding of the essence of classics must be based on the understanding of meaning and presented under the promotion of the logic of the truth in books, while the understanding of the meaning of diversified texts must be controlled under the understanding of single the truth of things. It can be said that “the truth of things” and “the truth in books” are just like “a pair”, and the correct understanding of the relationship between them is the key for later generations to grasp Zhu Xi’s theoretical framework of interpretation.

Abstract: A history of Chinese philosophy is a hard journey for Chinese people to seek spiritual home. Since the 20th century, Chinese philosophers have been going to the West and learning from the West. However, they are all going through the West in order to better understand themselves, care for themselves, and construct their own “credible and lovely” Chinese philosophy. If the “credibility” of philosophy lies in the fact that philosophy should have real experience and care, and the courage and mind to speak the truth, then, the “loveliness” of philosophy lies in that philosophy can speak its own national language and understand the elegant character of Chinese, because a language character not only determines a philosophical character, but also determines a nation’s thinking type and cultural trend.

Abstract:The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that it is necessary to promote the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development and build the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Marxist ecological view provides theoretical support for the construction of beautiful China. It criticizes anthropocentrism, reveals the hidden dangers behind the scientific revolution, forms a dialectical materialist view of nature, and clarifies the relationship between people and society hidden behind the relationship between man and nature. At present, building a beautiful China is facing three challenges: consciousness, practice and system. To actively respond to these challenges, we must take various measures under the guidance of Marxist ecological view, establish new ecological concepts in the whole society, realize the green development mode, and standardize the ecological civilization system, so that the beautiful blueprint of the construction of beautiful China can show China’s face, Chinese style, and Chinese strength.

Abstract: Dong Zhongshu provided theoretical support for Emperor Wu’s ideal of great unification, and achieved the ideological pattern of Confucianism in Han Dynasty. However, Dong Zhongshu’s reform of Confucianism set the practice path of the prosperous age of kingcraft, which was contrary to Emperor Wu’s political ideas. Dong Zhongshu’s attempt to restrict the imperial power with the help of the theory of “Telepathy between Heaven and Man” made Emperor Wu intolerable. This difference resulted in the paradox that although Confucianism could be respected alone, scholars could not use it. The “overlord government” system of external Confucianism and internal law meticulously constructed by Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty created a grand and prosperous era since Han Dynasty, but this system was questioned by the Confucian group in his later years. During the reign of Huo Guang, he firmly carried out the policy of Emperor Wu and carried out the spirit of “action”, but this also made the contradiction between the “overlord government” system and Gong Yang School more serious. Therefore, Emperor Xuan of the Han Dynasty had to make a new academic choice to ease this internal contradiction while inheriting the “action” spirit.
