基于CiteSpace的老年糖尿病护理研究的可视化分析

摘要：目的  了解我国老年糖尿病护理研究发展现状、作者和机构合作情况、老年糖尿病护理领域研究热点和研究前沿，为我国学者未来的研究提供参考。方法  以CNKI为数据来源，运用CiteSpace软件对2000年-2019年老年糖尿病护理相关文献进行分析。结果  最终纳入文献440篇，老年糖尿病护理研究文献发文量总体呈上升趋势，作者及机构间合作不密切，白姣姣发表论文量居榜首，共5篇，石河子大学医学院护理系和山东省青州荣军医院发文量最多，分别为3篇。自我管理、空巢老人、社区护理既是该领域的研究热点，同样也是研究前沿。此外，健康管理也是今后该领域的一大研究方向。结论  老年糖尿病护理研究已引起学者的日益重视，但该领域内作者及机构合作不足，有待加强，未来应关注该领域研究前沿，从而全面推进老年糖尿病护理向专业化方向发展。

Abstract：Objective  To understand the development status， cooperation between authors and institutions， research hotspots and research frontiers in the field of of nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes in China， so as to provide reference for future research of Chinese scholars.Methods  CNKI was used as the data source，and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the articles related to nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes from 2000 to 2019.Results  A total of 440 articles were included. The number of papers published on the research of elderly diabetes care showed an upward trend. The cooperation between authors and institutions was not close. Bai Jiaojiao ranked first in the number of published papers，with a total of 5 papers. The number of papers published by Nursing Department of Medical College of Shihezi University and Qingzhou Rongjun Hospital of Shandong Province were the most，with 3 articles respectively.Self management， empty nester elderly and community nursing are not only the research hotspots in this field， but also the research frontier.In addition，health management is also a major research direction in this field.Conclusion  The research of nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes has attracted more and more attention of scholars，but the cooperation between authors and institutions in this field is insufficient，which needs to be strengthened. In the future，we should pay attention to the research frontier in this field，so as to comprehensively promote the development of nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes to the direction of specialization.

2017年，國际糖尿病联盟发布的第8版全球糖尿病地图显示，全球约有4.25亿糖尿病患者，预计到2045年，患者数将升至7亿[1]。糖尿病已成为世界上主要的健康问题，其并发症和死亡率给我国的医疗体系带来沉重负担[2]。我国60岁及以上老年人的糖尿病患病率高达20.4%，相较中青年（20～59岁）人群高出近10%[3]。其中，2型糖尿病占老年糖尿病患者的90%以上[2]。CiteSpace作为应用最为广泛的可视化工具之一，将海量数据转换成更为直观的可视化图谱，并能揭示学科发展新趋势和新动态[4]。但目前老年糖尿病护理领域的可视化分析鲜有报道。因此，本研究利用CiteSpace软件（5.6.R1）对老年糖尿病护理领域的研究热点及趋势进行计量学分析，并绘制可视化图谱，以期为老年糖尿病护理相关研究和实践提供参考依据，分析结果如下。
