江津综保区国际公路运输“中欧卡车”首运成功

江津綜保区启运的首票国际公路运输（TIR）—“中欧卡车”，历时14天，行程9500公里，8月初成功抵达波兰。此单“中欧卡车”满载越南工厂生产的汽车零部件，经过江津综保区组织国际中转集拼和跨境运输。《国际公路运输公约》规定，对集装箱的公路运输承运人，如持有TIR手册，允许由发运地到达目的地，在海关签封下，中途可不受检查、不支付关税、也可不提供押金。

The first shipment of international road transportation （TIR） -"China-Europe Truck"， which departed from Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone， successfully arrived in Poland over 9，500 kilometers in early August after 14 days. Loaded with auto parts manufactured by Vietnamese factories， the shipment was transferred for international consolidation and cross-border transportation at Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone. According to Convention on International Road Transport， the road transport carrier of containers， if holding a TIR manual， is exempted from inspection， tariff， or deposit en route from the originating place to the destination with customs seal.
