Dogs——Human’s Friends

In Chinese culture ，dogs mean negative meaning. Such as“a running dog”， “a mad dog”， “a dog catch a mouse” and so on. But I think dogs are our human’s friends.

In our daily life ， we use dogs to aid disabled people. A guide dog can lead its blind owner， sheepdogs are famous for their ability to control a flock of hundreds of sheep. In the past， people have taught dogs to guard their door for over thousand years.Nowadays， dogs can be taught to turn on light， dial the telephone and open the door. What’s more， they can help us care for the baby. For us， we should regard dogs as our family.

In western countries，dogs are considered honest and good friends of human. People often keep a pet dog. They live and play with their dog. All people in most of the western countries often use the word”dog” to express position meanings.For example， “you are a lucky dog.”If they want to describe one person who has dog luck at times，they will say to him“Every dog has its day.”How interesting！

A dog is not just an animals，it is our friend. Let us make friends with dogs.
