21个淮山新品种区域筛选试验

摘 要:為筛选出适合明溪县种植的高产、优质、高抗的优良淮山品种,2019年从全国引进21个淮山新品种进行对比试验,综合考察各品种的产量、抗逆性、结薯性及口感。试验结果表明:麻沙本地大薯、武夷山紫山药每667 m2产量为3784.64、3541.90 kg,分别比对照明溪淮山1号增产15.31%和7.92%,这两个品种可作为大薯品种淮山小面积推广试种。安砂小叶薯每667 m2产量为2519.68 kg,茎蔓生长势较强、较抗病、品质优、薯块短粗、易挖掘、商品率高,总体经济效益优良,可作为重点推广试种。浙江文城糯米山药与浙江文城营养糯米山药,肉质呈白色,糯性极强,口感较好;六月薯、七月薯具有生育期短的特点,可在每年六、七月成熟上市,这4个品种可作为特色品种小面积推广试种。广西紫玉淮山、红皮白心、白条山药、阳明山山药、麻沙小金薯、麻沙硬壳薯等7个品种具有产量较高,茎蔓生长势较强,较抗病,品质较好等优点,可采用品种试验与扩繁相结合的方式继续开展淮山新品种试验示范。

Regional Screening Test of the 21 New Varieties of Chinese Yam

Abstract: In order to screen out the superior Chinese yam varieties suitable for Mingxi County with high yield, high quality and high resistance, 21 new Chinese yam varieties were introduced from all over the country in 2019 for the comparative test to comprehensively investigate the yield, stress resistance, tuberization capability and taste of each variety. The results showed that the yield of Masha local big potato and Wuyishan purple yam per 667 m2 was 3784.64 kg and 3541.90 kg respectively, and the yield was increased by 15.31% and 7.92% respectively, compared with that of Mingx Chinese yam No.1. The two varieties could be experimentally planted in the small area as the big potato varieties of Chinese yam. The yield of Ansha lobular potato per 667 m2 was 2519.68 kg, with strong vine growth, better disease resistance, superior quality, short and thick potato blocks, easy to dig, high commodity rate and good overall economic benefits, which could be used as the key promotion trial. The meat of Zhejiang Wencheng glutinous rice yam and Zhejiang Wencheng nutrition glutinous rice yam was white, with glutinous strong and good taste. And due to June potato and July potato had the charateristics of short growth period, they could be put on the market when ripening in June and July every year. So, the 4 varieties could be experimentally planted in the small area as the characteristic varieties. The 7 varieties of Guangxi Ziyu yam, Hongpibaixin, Baitiao yam , Yangmingshan yam, Masha little yam and Masha shell yam had the advantages of higher yield, stronger vine growth, better disease resistance and better quality, etc. Therefore, the experiment demonstration of the new varieties of Chinese yam could be carried out by combining the variety test and the expanding propagation.
2.3 参试淮山新品种鲜薯产量及抗病性比较
由表3可知,麻沙本地大薯、武夷山紫山药每667 m2产量分别为3784.64、3541.90 kg、比对照明溪淮山1号增产15.31%和7.92%。其他参试品种与对照明溪淮山1号相比均有不同程度减产,其中每667 m2产量为2000~3000 kg的品种有7个,分别为米易、广西紫玉淮山、台湾红龙山药、白条山药、红皮白心、阳明山山药(大薯品种),以及安沙小叶薯(小薯品种);每667 m2产量为1000~2000 kg的有6个品种,分别是安徽六安苏紫一号、云南野生淮山、麻沙硬壳薯、麻沙小金薯、陕西红庙山药、浙江文城糯米山药;每667 m2产量为1000 kg以下的有5个品种,分别是六月薯、七月薯、明溪薯组培、明淮一号、浙江文城营养糯米山药。分析这5个品种低产的原因主要是六月薯、七月薯受气候影响,栽培时间推迟,生育期短有关;明溪薯组培可能与供种组培种薯过小、出苗较弱以及后期病害较重有关,明淮一号与采用地面爬藤种植有关;浙江文城营养糯米山药与抗病性差、前期炭疽病较重以及生长势差有关。对各品种炭疽病发生情况进行调查,结果表明浙江文城糯米山药、浙江文城营养糯米山药、陕西红庙山药、明溪薯组培、六月薯抗病性弱,其他品种抗病性中至较强。
2.4 参试淮山新品种鲜食口感
由表4可知,鲜食口感粉性强糯性就弱,脆性随之增强;反之口感粉性弱糯性就强,脆性随之减弱。小薯品种淮山除麻沙小金薯外粉性较强,大薯品种淮山粉性一般。浙江文城糯米山药、浙江文城营养糯米山药粉性最弱,但糯性最好,明溪淮山1号和明溪薯组培糯性较弱,其他品种糯性一般。小薯品种淮山除麻沙小金薯脆性一般外其他品种脆性都较好;大薯品种淮山除浙江文城糯米山药、浙江文城营养糯米山药、云南野生淮山脆性较弱外,其他品种脆性一般。小薯品种淮山肉质都比较细腻,大薯品种淮山中浙江文城糯米山药、浙江文城营养糯米山药肉质都比较细腻,云南野生淮山肉质比较粗糙,其他品种肉质一般。小薯品种淮山适口性均较好,大薯品种淮山中浙江文城营养糯米山药适口较好,云南野生淮山适口性较差,其他品种表现一般。香甜度最好的有明溪淮山1号(CK)、明溪薯组培、安沙小叶薯,云南野生淮山淡而无味,其他品种表现一般。小薯品种淮山总体口感好,大薯品种淮山中浙江文城营养糯米山表现较好,云南野生淮山表现不佳,其他品种总体评价中等。
3 结论与讨论
本试验结果表明,麻沙本地大薯产量排名第1位,每667 m2产量3784.64 kg,地下块茎长41.1 cm,横径6.8 cm,表皮粗糙,肉质呈白色,具有高产、茎蔓生长势强、抗病性强、口感好、品质较好等优点;武夷山紫山药产量排名第2位,每667 m2产量3541.90 kg,地下块茎长45.1 cm,横径7.1 cm,表皮粗糙,肉质呈紫色,具有高产、茎蔓生长势强、抗炭疽病、口感及品质较好等优点;这两个品种可作为大薯品种淮山小面积推广试种。安砂小叶薯每667 m2产量2519.67 kg,薯块长38.8 cm,横径4.86 cm,单薯重0.85 kg,茎蔓生长势较强,抗病性好,表皮光滑,肉色雪白,肉质密实,品质优。该品种薯块短粗,易挖掘,相比明溪淮山1号等品种能明显提高采收效率,降低用工成本,并且其外观好,口感好,品质优,商品率高,总体经济效益优良,可作为重点推广试种。浙江文城糯米山药及浙江文城营养糯米山药两个品种地下块茎长34.3~45.6 cm,横径5.33~5.37 cm,单块薯重0.53~0.55 kg,表皮较粗糙,肉质呈白色,糯性极强,口感较好,但抗炭疽病能力较弱;六月薯及七月薯(2019年受天气影响,种植日期推迟,生育过短,不能反映真实产量)具有表皮光滑,肉色雪白,肉質密实,品质优,生育期短的特点,可在每年六、七月成熟上市,此时正是淮山的空档期,能丰富市场供给,提高农民收入;这4个品种可作为特色品种小面积推广试种。广西紫玉淮山、红皮白心、白条山药、阳明山山药、麻沙小金薯、麻沙硬壳薯等品种具有产量较高,茎蔓生长势较强,抗病性强,品质较好的特点,可采用品种试验与扩繁相结合的方式继续开展淮山新品种试验示范。台湾红龙山药、云南野生淮山、明淮一号、明溪薯组培表现一般,建议终止试验。
