微波消融联合放化疗治疗Ⅲ期周围型非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

[摘要] 目的 探究微波消融联合放化疗治疗Ⅲ期周围型非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗效果。 方法 便利选取2016年1月—2019年1月该院收治的Ⅲ期周围型非小细胞肺癌患者共计120例作为该次的研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同分为两组，对照组患者实行常规化疗进行治疗，观察组患者采取微波消融联合放化疗进行治疗，治疗后对比两组患者的病情控制率、3年内病死率、肿瘤组织中抗（促）凋亡因子水平以及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的病情控制率（78.33%）显著优于对照组（51.67%）（χ2=5.268，P=0.012）;观察组患者3年内病死率（46.67%）明显低于对照组（76.66%）（χ2=6.762，P=0.002）;观察组肿瘤组织中抗凋亡因子水平低于于对照组，促凋亡因子水平高于对照组;观察组患者的不良反应发生率（28.33%）明显低于对照组（75.00%）（χ2=6.214，P=0.001）。结论 在对Ⅲ期周围型非小细胞肺癌患者进行治疗时采取微波消融联合放化疗的治疗方法具有更高的治疗效果，能够显著提高病情控制率，降低病死率和不良反应发生率。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of microwave ablation combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of stage III peripheral non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with stage III peripheral non-small cell lung cancer treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were convenient selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods， and the patients in the control group were given conventional chemotherapy treatment， patients in the observation group were treated with microwave ablation combined with radiochemotherapy. After treatment， the disease control rate， mortality within 3 years， the level of anti-pro-apoptotic factors in tumor tissues and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results After treatment， the disease control rate of patients in the observation group（78.33%） was significantly better than that in the control group（51.67%）（χ2=5.268， P=0.012）; the mortality of patients in the observation group（46.67%） within 3 years was significantly lower than that in the control group（76.66%）（χ2=6.762， P=0.002）; the levels of anti-apoptotic factors in tumor tissue of the observation group were lower than those of the control group， and the levels of pro-apoptotic factors were higher than those of the control group; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group（28.33%） was significantly lower in the control group（75.00%）（χ2=6.214， P=0.001）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with stage III peripheral non-small cell lung cancer， microwave ablation combined with radiochemotherapy has a higher therapeutic effect， can significantly improve the rate of disease control， reduce the incidence of mortality and adverse reactions.

目前，肺癌是發病率和致死率最高的恶性肿瘤之一，且每年发病率依然呈现出正增长[1]。其中男性发病率明显高于女性，这与男性的生活习惯有着重要的关系，例如抽烟和喝酒均为肺癌的常见病因[2]。对于肺癌的治疗主要包括手术治疗，化学治疗和放疗，其中放疗和化疗联合使用是一种有效的治疗方法[3]。便利选取2016年1月—2019年1月该院收治的Ⅲ期周围型非小细胞肺癌患者共计120例作为该次的研究对象，探究微波消融联合放化疗治疗Ⅲ期周围型非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗效果，现报道如下。

综上所述，通过对Ⅲ期周围型非小细胞肺癌患者实施微波消融联合放化疗，可以明显提高临床治疗效果。
