(1)Misunderstanding Science and Missing the Rule of Law:Two Defects of the May 4th Movement

Although the May 4th Movement contributed a lot,it also had serious shortcomings.The May 4th Movement did not realize that science was first a mode of knowledge production,then specific knowledge;science was different from technology;science was not only a spirit and attitude,but also a kind of technology and ability.More seriously,the May 4th Movement almost completely ignored the important value of the rule of law.The characters of the May 4th Movement did not realize the factor of controllability.They emphasized substantive justice and neglected procedural justice.They were still trapped in the stereotype from ancient times,which emphasizes the rule of man and neglects the rule of law.Today,we should not only inherit the May 4th Movement,but also rethink the May 4th Movement and criticize its shortcomings,so as to surpass the May 4th Movement and realize the original aspiration of the May 4th Movement.
(2)Scientific Culture:The Best Path Available of Cultural Reform for China

When looking back into the world economic thought history,it is apparent that different cultures have created different civilizations and productivity.In the comparison of the three major civilizations in the world,Chinese traditional culture has shown signs of decline in the function of productivity.In order to support the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,it is necessary to transform Chinese traditional culture.Based on the concept of cultural half-life and cultural flexibility,we can see the possibility of traditional culture transformation and the relationship between scientific culture and scientific spirit,and find out the path and carrier of transforming traditional culture with scientific culture.If we want to make further breakthroughs in the development of our society as a whole,it is undoubtedly the best path to transform Chinese traditional culture with scientific culture.
(3)Theoretical Significance and Policy Choices of “Housing is for Living in,not for Speculation”

The repositioning of the real estate market by “housing is for living in,not for speculation” is a major turning point in the real estate policy.It will not only open a new era of the real estate market,but also have great theoretical significance.The main connotations of“housing is for living in,not for speculation”include:housing residential function is the source,the first,which is the root of the housing market;its consumptive or residential function is a broad pedigree,which can be obtained through different ways and means;housing investment function is derived from residential function or consumptive function,which is secondary.If housing investment is excessive,it will inevitably lead to financial crisis.Thus,three important theoretical issues of the housing market can be derived.The first is the innate nature of the right of residence;the second is that the function of residence is multi-level;the third is to absolutely curb the speculation in the real estate market and remove its profit-making function,which is the key to ensure that China doesn't outbreak systemic risk.Therefore,the most important thing in the current reform of the real estate market is to fix the principle of“housing is for living in,not for speculation” with the system,strictly define housing investment and housing consumption with credit and tax policies in advance,in the event and after,and strictly limit speculation in housing.This is the key and starting point of the current reform of the real estate market in China.
(4)The Analysis on Jiazhuan’s Duality of Virtuality and Reality and Its Influence on Development of Literary Form

Jiazhuan is a relatively independent style of ancient Chinese prose,which is biographies written anthropomorphically for objects.It includes two aspects:virtuality and reality.The reality refers to the knowledge of the objects including the shape,function,and the historical and cultural connotations;the virtuality means the Jiazhuan expressed the literati’s sentiment and pursuit by shaping the vivid and fictional characteristics and use their characters and experiences to reflect the literati’s true situation.Jiazhuan mixes the virtual and real scenes by describing the real scene through virtual views and vice versa,which represented the elegant aesthetic taste and noble pursuit of the literati.The duality of virtuality and reality is the soul of Jiazhuan,but it also restricts Jiazhuan’s development.
(5)On the Control System of Chinese Communities in Recent United States:A Tongs-centered Investigation(1882-1931)

Drawing on and innovating domestic organizational model,Chinese in recent United States created locality-tied communities,blood-tied communities and tongs in the residence in order to adapt to the new living environment.Through the internal codes of conduct,and other details of the organic connections,these community organizations constituted a relatively stable order.In the Chinese Exclusion period,fierce competition of opium dens,gambling houses and brothels provided a favorable condition for the rise of tongs,and exacerbated the conflict within the Chinese community.Because both authorities of the United States and China did not attach much importance to the Chinese community,the Chinese communities were self-organizing,and imitated Chinese traditional Baojia system,in order to prevent the accidents,mediate “Tong wars”,and try to keep the Chinese community in order,which takes Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association as the core and take Chinese merchants and Chinese organizations as an important force.The organizations for the common surname and origin in Chinese communities were the basic powers of community autonomy,and played a certain role for the Chinese community policing,but tong wars often happened in the Chinese communities until"9·18"incident.The effect of control was not significant,which had a lot to do with the social environment and the character of tongs at that time.
(6)Improvement of Collaborative Governance Mechanisms of Grass-roots Society:A Case Study on Governance of Prohibition of Burning Fireworks and Firecrackers in Nanchang

Innovative social collaborative governance is an effective way to promote the construction of a common structure of the grassroots society,but how to implement multi-agent collaborative governance is the core issue of theory and practice.In the practice of promoting the prohibition of burning fireworks and firecrackers,Nanchang City has pioneered a new governance model of party committee government leadership,public security organs,department linkage,social coordination,and public participation,achieving good coordination between the government,the market,social organizations,and the masses.The new model has achieved good governance effect.The study found that the task of decomposing and prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers with the focus of task decomposition and real-time supervision of the process can effectively avoid the barriers and conflicts between the various collaborative governance entities.In order to construct a long-term mechanism for social collaborative governance,it is suggested that in the work of grassroots social collaborative governance,we should focus on the aspects of collaborative governance decision-making mechanism,real-time supervision and evaluation mechanism and multi-subject participation mechanism.
